I used the first machine to the far right. I put in $1.05 and I hit the refund button and I only received 5 cents back. The quarter dispenser was empty or nonfunctional. Is a way to get a refund?

Water here very good quality. Needs a phone number in case machines do not function properly. Gentlemen who drops in, I have not seen lately, hoping he is OK and well. Five Star review.!
