Joel is an incredibly talented and kind employee who deserves a WHOLE LOT for the help he gave me today. He truly saved me from a disaster caused by AT&T staff at the authorized dealer store on Fair Oaks in Pasadena (where I’m never going back). Joel was kind, confident, and did an incredible job of assuring me everything was going to be alright. He had to call someone to help out with my situation (which took about 1.5 hours) and his demeanor with the other AT&T employee on the phone was equally kind and wholly bent on creatively problem-solving my issue. I can’t thank him enough.

Terrible customer service in here, they won't acknowledge you here they'll just sit there staring at you as if you're suppose to say hi how may I help you to them. I wanted to buy an iPad Air and an Apple Watch today, they lost business today.

The customer service representative Christina was awesome!! Great customer service overall. I switched from Verizon to AT&T and I was very happy that my first visit was such a good experience. I'm also very happy that I reduced the cost of my monthly bill by switching!

Went in to change my screen protector and the people who work there are super useless! I am in the account and they literally kept saying that they couldn’t help me is my mother or sister were not there. -_- never again will I go to this location nor recommend anyone to go there. I went into another location and they didn’t need my sister nor mom. They changed my screen protector. Train your employees to assist the customers better!!!

Horrible service, her name is Z OR ZEE , the manager, Rude, Talks down to the employees, to the staff, to the customers, never have I experienced such disrespect, very low life, this Maneger has been there 2 months, hopefully she’ll be replaced by a person who likes to serve and help others that need it, technology is not something many of us grew up knowing a little kindness and patience is required for this job, , I recommend, go to a different store ,It’s inconvenient for me because this is close to my home, but I Love ATT, I’ve been a customer for 50 years, so it’s not ATT , just an unfortunate experience,

Because I can’t read English, the staff gave me an option with the highest monthly fee. When I called 611 to inquire, the store manager blamed me why I didn’t go to the store to solve the problem. I have to go to work, so I often run around when I have time to ask you?

Arianna and LilStanky(Ben) has the best customer service ever. They saved me a lot of money. I came in looking for a headphones adapter. And they Recommended that I can buy 1 get 1 free headphone that fits my phone. I was so happy!!!

My folks reached out to Dish to see if they offered better service and price, my folks were wooed over to spectrum about 10 years ago after my mother's massive stroke and subsequent long road back after her 3 month stints in 3 medical facility after leaving UCSD migrating back from San Diego to San Gabriel valley. Her countless therapist and specific brand of therapy's caused some hard decisions to be made.We had been with spectrum for a while and with every new year seemed to bring more issues with the reception and or box. Sometimes shows that were programmed would not record or they would delete for no apparent reason. Service calls would be promising but soon lead to disappointment. Then the bill would go higher with zero attention made to reception of the boxes. A few months ago my younger sister severed ties with Direct TV due to similar issues and my folks remembered the quality of service and the professional technicians and she signed up with Dish and began sharing all of the positive experiences and this brings me to present day and meeting Brian and his extremely professional and caring demeanor sealed the deal to sign up for phone service and satellite and internet. Brian reminded my folks of what they have been missing.Thanks for your support and patience.
