This branch sucks! The lines are always super long, only 1 or if you're lucky 2 tellers are available and they're super rude! They act like you're going there to beg for money! It's your money and they gave me so much hastle just because I was asking about a pending zelle transfer, another time I went in there because my direct deposit check was also pending and they gave me attitude again! I just wanted to know why the hold up that was all...hate that branch! Never going back there again! They all need to be fired! I made a call to Bank of America and everything was resolved, hassle free just getting a hold of someone took some time. Never going there again! Bleh...

Bank of America has the worse customer service in the world. Don't ever get fraud on your account. They provide a number on your card thats on every card so that you call an automated number for the sole purpose of putting you through hell going through prompts, the automated voice doesn't help and if you are lucky enough to get a real person they then tell you that they can't help and they WILL NOT warm transfer you but ask for you to recall back into that same number so that you can go through that same stupid automated prompt which does not allow you to push any number to get a real person. You can't even pass that automated prompt without authenticating which doesn't work because it tells you to go into the mobile app that does absolutely nothing but stalks you for hours on end. Yes I've been trying for 4 1/2 hours to get nowhere and was only able to get through to a real person once only to be told that I couldn't be helped and to call back into the same number to wait 2 more hours. I tried Facebook instant message to be told that I would need to leave my information so they can call me tomorrow for a fraud charge I need them to look at. NO this is insulting to treat anyone this way. I have only ever had to call when fraud occurs to my account and apparently you guys are probably wanting that to happen just so you can make people scream at your awful customer service. I need to find somewhere else to bank. Sadly I've been a customer of Bofa for over 30 years and that doesn't seen to matter to this bank!!!

First of all if you need your services done right make an appointment with Michael Ma, Small Business Consultant He's knowledge of Banking is amazing. We were trying for months to change signature cards and I'm talking several trips to San Gabriel location. Finally Alhambra BofA came thru !!! Thank you !!! Now everything is in order and we can move on. I was more then satisfied!! Great service! Professional and quick !!!

Bank of America Teller Yevette is an absolute gem! She's fast, friendly, and always goes above and beyond to help me with my banking needs. Transferring funds from a trust is no easy task, but Yevette handles it like a pro. She's knowledgeable and efficient, and I always feel confident that my transactions are in good hands when I'm working with her.What sets Yevette apart is her friendly demeanor. She always greets me with a smile and makes me feel welcome. Even on days when I'm not having the best of luck, she never fails to lift my spirits with her positive attitude. My Mom and I have been to this Bank of America (BofA) in Alhambra once to inquiry about her bank statements. She wasn't receiving them in the mail and wanted to know why. The bank representative who helped us was very friendly and helpful. She said we had made a change of some sort, hence, it went to paperless... she wasn't able to pinpoint it. She was able to make the change back to paper. She also shared with us that we're able to make the same change ourselves online in the future... good to know. Thank you for your help! We appreciate it.

The US is in trouble. You know it when we don't have enough workers so the Las Tunas branch has to temporarily closed down for a while and this branch has teller who cannot do basic counting. Went in at 2pm but didn't walk out till 3pm just to pick up a currency order. The order paper clearly lists how many bills for each denomination, but the teller just cannot count. There's a total of just 30 bills or so. That is just alarming. No wonder the line is always long every time I passed by this location. It's just one of the few issues I ran in today just for picking up ine order. Can't imagine people going here for other stuff. BTW, the teller's name is Thor's brother.

I came in to make a deposit for my job and they tell me they can't help me out because the don't have any tellers. What bank doesn't have a single teller working. The lady then asks me to use the atm . Again, WHAT bank doesn't have tellers!!!

Don't come here on a Saturday, You'll be waiting for 40 minutes plus to see a teller. They need to employ more staff on the one day that people actually can come to the bank

1. The ATM eat my card for no reason. 2. And the banker give me a temporary card link with wrong account, 3. After that they send me a wrong card, 4. and I ask again with overnight shipping, and I already wait for a week, still don't get my card, A very simple request, I just want my card back ASAP, And they keep doing wrong! very nice service and very smart ppl who work in this bank!!!!!!! Fxxk that I'll never ever come back in this location!

Came in to wire some money and the chubby female receptionist told me to wait 15 minutes. After 50 minutes, I asked her to check my place in the system. Without looking my info up, she just said "you have to wait". After another 15 minutes, I followed up again and she said "SO DO YOU WANT TO WAIT?". Eventually I got it done but will not come back to this branch.

This is literally the worst Bank of America branch I've had the misfortune of going to. The lines are absurdly long and old people will cut in line without a care. There was a man in front of me and after a while he gave up and left the line. You'll wait outside in the sun with no shade hating life. It had two tellers eventually three working to accommodate all the elderly customers and it was not enough. This was a test in patience. I will never come back. I needed to get quarters and let me tell you there are other branches that don't have lines. I can only add this review as a note of caution for the poor soul thinking about coming here. Do not come here. It is not worth it and you will absolutely regret coming to this branch. I cannot stress how awful this branch is. The worst part was after all the waiting I could only get $20 worth of quarters. What a waste of half an hour.
