I'll only write a bad review if I really don't appreciate or dislike the customer service. A friend recommended me to this location. I decided to go and give them a try. The lady that helped me was super kind, but I did have a hard time understanding her bc of her accent. She told me approximately I would be receiving around $5k. But she had to go on her lunch and her co-worker helped me and it ended up going down to $4k which I should of asked why I was told 2 different refund amounts. So I went ahead and ended up filing my taxes anyways. I do feel like you get overcharged for doing your taxes. I been to other locations where they charge less. But continuing the story, I filed my taxes on Mid February this year & ended up getting denied my social has been getting used. Which I'm aware it's been happening these past few years so I been using the PIN the IRS sends me to verify I'm saying who I am. 2-3 days later I file my taxes through mail. It's now been 5 DAMN way too long months. Completely understand the whole COVID situation and them being understaffed, the IRS. Not long ago I get a call from one of the ladies from "Best Tax Services," I easily recognize who I'm speaking too but I'm just bad with names. She asked me if I received my taxes yet. I just tell them no and that I'm pretty upset, having to wait this long and she tells me they have other customers of waiting for their refunds as well. Lastly, she said to pay them as soon as I get it. Mind you I'm already irritated waiting this long for my tax refund. Today I get a call from the same lady asking if I already received my tax refund yet and I told her no & that I called the IRS and they told me to wait another 16 weeks and sounds hesitant and replied with "when you receive your taxes come pay them." At this point I'm pretty annoyed like how are you gonna tell me to pay you if I haven't received my refund. Obviously I know I have to. Wouldn't recommend any of my friends or family to come here. I don't fully feel like I got enough help from any of them besides the lady who helped me through the 1st half of taxes.

This spot hands down is amazing, I got to work with Mr Nasseif Garras and let me tell you about red carpet treatment. Gentlemen sat down with me and line by line did everything to make sure we got the best refund possible. Explain every question I could possibly ask while being soooo calm, cool and collective. What can I say, my husband and I have trusted Nasseif with our taxes for many years now and he truly is the best. Not only is he smart and so very knowledgeable, he is also a good man with a good heart! Everyone in the office is just as warm and friendly, you can't go wrong. Best experience ever getting my taxes done! My taxes have become a little more complicated so I searched for an expert to help maximize my return. So happy to have found Nasseif and Best Tax! First of all, the entire team is so kind, patient and helpful. I have never had someone take me through so much detail when doing my taxes. It was clear in the 5 minutes, I had absolutely come to the right place. I came in concerned I would have to pay the IRS and walked out with my biggest return ever. Despite all the time spent with me (on two visits no less), they came in exactly on point with what they quoted me. They are extremely reasonable considering the level of service and expertise you receive. They are also so honest and really want to ensure they are doing the best job for everyone who comes to see them. I can't thank and highly recommend them enough!

Great place to do taxes. They are friendly, accommodating, and prices are reasonable. I've gone twice to do my taxes. When I returned the 2nd time they remembered my name and treated me nicely. I definitely recommend them. I suggest making appointments, but they also welcome walk-ins. They're open late too.

Worst experience ever! This guy will rip you off. They tried charging me and my partner $350 each ($700) for filing. That is ridiculous! BEWARE!!!

The name saids it all!! This really is the Best Tax Service! Best experience. Best price. Nasseif and his team are probably the friendliest and most helpful team I've ever encountered. First off, it's a completely transparent process- meaning they go through every step on the forms with you to make sure you know what's happening, what every number means etc.. it's basically the crash course in taxes we all wish we had! He makes sure to get you the best possible refund and if he quotes you a price he's stays true to his word even if forms turn out to be a bit more complicated than once thought (as in my case). I think the best part of it all is, how personal the process was, you're not just a number here. They take care of you. I will DEFINITELY be coming back here every year!! Your search is over! GO NOW! You won't be disappointed.

I had to get my taxes done as well as resolve a past tax issue that nobody has been able to handle, including "tax attorneys". Nasseif sat down with me and was able to tell me exactly what was wrong. He contacted the IRS on the spot and was able to carefully explain everything to me that the representative was saying. Nasseif was also able to get me a nice chunk of my taxes back from the previous year and gave me a really nice first timer discount. His business is family run and they are very hospitable. I found my new tax place! I have been looking for a new spot since the last place I had charges way too much. He is very knowledgeable and knows all the new updates for the current year and with years of experience, he definitely can get you the most!
