Rudy and his team fixed a bad repair that was done awhile ago. The manger at the time was not very nice and it was a very bad experience. Rudy delivered on his promise to fix the bad repair and completed the job before the Thanksgiving holiday. Kudos to Rudy and his team. My car looks great and all is appreciated.

I recently had an experience with Caliber Collision that left me with mixed feelings, but ultimately, they came through and redeemed themselves.Let me start by saying that the initial encounter was far from perfect. My car had been involved in an accident, and I took it to Caliber Collision to have it repaired. Unfortunately, they didn't completely fix the issue, and to make matters worse, they somehow damaged two of my tires in the process. This left me quite frustrated, and to add to the inconvenience, I had to tow my car to their facility at my own expense. It was a rocky start, to say the least.However, what sets Caliber Collision, specifically technician George, apart from many others is their accountability and commitment to customer satisfaction. When I brought up the issues I had faced, they didn't shy away from taking responsibility. They acknowledged the mistakes made and assured me that they would rectify the situation. I really appreciated the full acceptance of responsibility and without blaming me for the tire damage, as I have experienced in the past at Toyota of Downtown LA.Over the next few days, they not only fixed the remaining issues with my car but also repaired/replaced the damaged tires free of charge. It took some time and patience, but they followed through on their word. They kept me updated throughout the process and ensured that I left their facility with a car that was in much better condition than when I first arrived.While the initial experience left me frustrated and inconvenienced, I appreciate the way Caliber Collision eventually owned up to their mistakes and made things right. They demonstrated accountability and dedication to customer satisfaction, which is highly commendable. I hope they continue to improve their initial service to avoid such hiccups in the future, but I can certainly acknowledge their efforts in resolving the issues I faced. Overall, it was a bumpy start, but they finished strong, earning my four-star rating.

The customer service was decent, they used CarWise to update me on the repair process. There was a completion date provided on CarWise. I called at the end of day on that provided completion date and they told me they needed 1 more day for detailing the paint which is fine. However I'm surprised that they did not notice their terrible workmanship.They replaced the trunk and repainted trunk and rear bumper. The paint has really bad orange peel, a section of clear coat is opaque, and I found 2 permanent fingerprints from the bumper being handled while the paint was still wet. In addition they rough handled my convertible top so there's 5 new tears and a broken tension cable. They also broke a handful of plastic clips while removing my interior carpet and not bother completely removing and replacing the broken clips.Services: Painting

Avoid this place like the plague. Straight up liars. I took my vehicle in after an accident. They gave me a 4 week estimate for completion of repairs. For the next 3 weeks and 5 days I continued to get updates my car was on schedule. The day before I was suppose to pick up my vehicle, i was told their were delays receiving some parts. I decided to go and take a look at the progress of the repairs and found my car in the same state from almost a month earlier. After a ton of excuses, they gave a new estimated completion date. The very next day they decided to total my vehicle because "significant additional damage" was found. A whole month wasted. Delays are always frustrating, but happen. This place is dishonest and mislead me throughout the process. Do not do business here.

I can’t express how dissatisfied and disappointed I am with the service I have received from Caliber collison. I regret deeply not making the decision of taking my car somewhere else where they would take it seriously. I took my car there needing to get front bumper replaced , headlight, paint work. This was on 7/17/23. At first I was receiving text updates that my car was getting repair and it was going to get finished as promised on two weeks. As the completion date was nearing they started to move my completion date two dates without letting me know the reason of the delay. Well I did contact them to find out what happened. They said paint job was taking longer than expected but it would be done at the new completion date. As that date approach, another text was received that my date had move three more days. Again no explanation from their part so I had to follow up and give them a call. George who is handling my car explain they were at full capacity and were taking more cars that they could complete and that was delaying them. Well in the meantime my car keep getting push farther away. One week turn into two weeks. Two weeks turn into a month. After the month I had been calling them to get updates as they don’t even give me updates of what’s going on. Spoke to the manager Manuel who even give me their his phone number that he never answers. They said they had to submit my car for repainting as the first time they didn’t do it right. Well more upsetting that it’s been now 1 month 2 weeks since I took my car there and keep getting Same message that my car completion keeps getting push farther away. If you need your car to be taken seriously and done at a timely manner I would say go somewhere else. They would keep your car here indefinitely for something that could had been done in two weeks.

Caliber Collision was a great experience, from the receptionists to the person the washed my car! Everyone was so kind and professional. I was kept up to date and best of all the car was ready early.

Excellent customer service from Liz and Raymond. Both kept me informed throughout the repair process. Both were always there to answer any questions I had. The repairs made to the vehicle were excellent and I would bring another vehicle to them. (Which I did)

Being involved in a accident is a very traumatic experience on its own and having to do several repairs on a vehicle makes it even harder. I highly recommend Raymond and his crew over at Caliber Collision. Great service, prompt repairs and above all an honest shop. I'll come back in the future and would recommend to anyone. **BEWARE** Worst experience ever. I tried to be understanding and patient for my vehicle to be repaired after an auto accident but had to review it for others to be cautious about this center. Never called for status reports. I had to call and ask after one month after repairs started. They gave me excuses, i.e., parts were delayed, we discovered something else needed to be repaired, wrong parts, etc. After two months, they provided a rental they covered, only to have my vehicle sit there longer. While this may be helpful for some, a family of 6 did not fit in the rental sedan. Yet, I still remained understanding and patient to the very end. When they finally said my vehicle was ready to be picked up, they had me go down to the shop to sit there for 2 hours, only to tell me it was not ready. They would deliver the vehicle to me later in the evening. The next day came, no vehicle yet. Once again, I called. The vehicle will be delivered to my workplace by the end of the day. Excuses and lies, not trustworthy to return to this center.

Gabby and Liz were super helpful, especially with my toddler who was starting to lose his patience with me. They were all so patient and super helpful! **READ ALL BAD REVIEWS**I decided to take my vehicle to Caliber Collision - Alhambra because they provided excellent service a few years ago. However, I needed to be corrected.After an accident, my vehicle was delivered in late March 2023, and they promised me a date. They never called to provide status, I called, and all they would say was that Chris would return my car. Chris never returned my call! I finally believed I would get some answers when I spoke to Liz. She provided reassurance and empathy, but I was wrong. Liz is the person they ask to call the customer to provide the so-called "status." Excuses that parts are delayed, something else is wrong, still working on it, etc. She provides you with promised dates.After calling and calling, they provided me with a rental after waiting for over a month. However, this only delayed repairs. It has been over two months, June 2023, and I still do not have my vehicle. I will be filing a complaint with the CA Bureau of Automotive Repair.
