Bank with very poor service! The staff inside are very grumpy! Never seen such poor service!

My hope is that CB&T as a whole is better than this branch. I scheduled an appointment online. Arrived the Branch 10 mins early and waited for someone to approach me. No one was ion the Branch. Took about 15 mins before someone asked if I needed assistance. I said I had scheduled an appt online with a Connie Wong. They said she isn't in this week and I would need to come back next week. i was frustrated and said I booked an appt and wasn't there someone else who could assist me. I had all the standard docs I usually take to open an account - currently bank with Chase, Wells Fargo and Citibank - and was asked for docs I had never even heard of. Guy had to get on the phone with their back office and they said we needed a set of docs that was different than he said I needed. Needless to say I left frustrated - went down the street and opened the account with Wells Fargo.

They have the most friendly and helpful staff. I didn't have an account with them, they Artie able to help me cash their check. Not much line. In and out.

Every time I come here the workers greet me with a smile. They remember you like their own family. I would recommend coming here to my friends any day!
