Car Wash in Alhambra, CA

“Alhambra Car wash have been my car wash for years, I moved to Pasadena and I’m still coming here because they are fast, friendly hard working people. But if you want your car to look excellent request Gustavo that’s my favorite employee from there if he’s not there, I’ll come back when he is. He does such an amazing job. Don’t get me wrong they all do a good job but Gustavo is the best. ( I get the hand wax $50.99) and I love it every time.”

“They pretty much got it all. Good brushes, good water pressure, change machines, vacuum stations In front and in back where you can dry your car. Most of the stall dispensers except 5’s and 1 dollar bills, they have rinse, soap with brush, spray soap, and wax. Timer beeps to notify its cycle is about to run out, it’s open super late, maybe all night and I go pretty late to avoid crowds. There is a running water rinse station AND an old style “towel ringer”? I didn’t even know what that was for. It doesn’t have spot free rinse, and I don’t think it changes 20 dollar bills. I think they should expand.
Update 6/24/25
Last night my room mate and I went to wash, later in the night so we can dry in the stall without being in any bodies way, (not allowed otherwise), I was already washing when he told me the sprayer was not working. I told him I had another 5 so he could change stalls. After I was done I wrote an “out of order” sign and tried to put it up, there is a lady there now that cleans up and she asked what happened. I told her the guns not spraying, she asked how much we lost, I told her and she offered to give us 3$ for the loss. I told her how super sweet that was, but not necessary, but she insisted on it. She also put the sign up with some tape for me. I love that she is there when I’m there, I am usually alone there late. She always tells me bye, when she leaves so I know to be careful. I love coming here, I love that it is open late, But I do wish people would be more considerate when throwing their trash on the ground, and remember, “There are homes where people are sleeping” be mindful so nobody has any complaints, yeah?”
