They are fast and efficient and the selection is very good. We have used them twice now and likely will again in the future.

This is a review of their front desk at their Alhambra location. The young lady was rude and impatient on the phone. She didn't wait for me to finish explaining what I need help for, and just cut me off and asked in a condescending tone "what do you want?" as if it was such a bother to be the person manning the phone. I wonder how many potential customers have been turned off/turned away because of this type of attitude.

I have no idea what those who said this place provided good service experienced. First, I called right after 4pm, and was told by the reception that they were almost ready to close, when Google says they open until 5pm. When we arrived within 5 min, the lady gave us a "just that size" "how come you don't understand" face...sigh, I don't want to say anything about the productions, since I was no longer interested in getting anything from them. Sadly the lady must have felt there was nothing wrong with her, but us who were looking for trouble. Well, their La puente sales are much better to communicate, don't go Alhambra, make you day awful.

Great experience. We had been getting yanked around by the Home Depot carpet dept for weeks and stopped in at Carpet King to check prices and availability. They had great selection with reasonable prices and were able to install next-day. Shout out to Nina who was super helpful.
