I have been going to this Costco for awhile now, and I ran into this one employee named Dwyane I did not like his customer service, he was rude, trying to act smart and makes you feel like you do not know anything. Very unprofessional.

Overcrowded and crowded. The glasses fitting service is very good, and I can communicate in Mandarin, which solved a big problem for me. No evaluation will be made on other aspects.

This Costco is ok. Parking is sooo crowded and people do not stop when you are backing out. Pizza is never on time when you order early. The items in store are very good and they always have good merchandise. This is one of the reason we still go to Alhambra Costco.

This location needs to enforce traffic control in the parking lot and in store. Most of the local residents don’t u destined right of way and other forms of proper etiquette. Like Norwalk this is one of my least favorite locations. It was my only choice today cause it was close to my other local personal business. I wasn’t gonna travel all the way to Glendale just to pick up a few items this trip. Cashiers also seem slower at this location. But it looks like it’s cause of the way people choose to pay(what we form takes the longest). I was stuck in a very long line form cause people didn’t know there were other lines to wait in and I was to far back to determine this. Eventually a staff member had to direct people to the other lines was it was blocking up traffic.

It’s Costco, need I say more?
I came from out of state and this Costco has pretty much the same variety as back home. There were a few items that we didn’t have that was pretty neat. Rotisserie chicken comes in bags which is different than back home. The only thing that could have been better was the way orders were handles at the food court. After ordering at the self serve kiosk, you literally have to jump back in line to get your order. Back at home the orders come out in the order that they were received. Overall the experience was decent.
