My Dr. was very good, made sure my prescription was accurate. Not all care as much as she did! New glasses where ready in less than a week.

I agree with another reviewer - Ryan was exceptional at customer service. From finding the right frames to getting the lowest price available, Ryan went the extra mile. Plus he's friendly! The wait can sometimes be long, but I imagine it's because the staff truly dedicate their time to each customer.

Best Costco vision location ever. The most friendly staff around Alhambra hands down. Specifically to Eileen and Ryan. Ryan is by far the best customer service guy out there. borderline genius. Will visit again
