First time using the optometry center. The exam was fine, but ordering glasses has been pretty frustrating. The lens on my glasses were chipped when I went to pick them up. Still waiting on a replacement but it’s been almost two weeks, and the line keeps dropping when I call.

Super slow, obnoxious entitled customers are given priority. PR lady lied and took my place, and the “workers” said nothing nor did they apologize or care. Not worth the trouble to come here

My Dr. was very good, made sure my prescription was accurate. Not all care as much as she did! New glasses where ready in less than a week.
