I wish I had known before I arrived, so I want to be sure I discose that this location is within a Public Works building. (I thought I was lost.) Do not look for CUSC signage on the outside because you will not find it. Inside, the ATM is immediately on the left after you walk in. I was grateful to find it and hope this information is helpful to others.

Never call them you will regret, why? They give you fake numbers which is different when you really want to sign up . Do yourself a favor and save your time and energy by readIng my review and spend your energy to businesses that are trust worthy.

The lady that help me is very nice and friendly. She helped me and offered me water while I was waiting, which I politely declined. I went to the Alhambra branch to pick up my credit card and she processed it for me and I was in and out in like 10 minutes, there was also plenty of parking. Im thankful I am banking with a bank that is fast and have nice employees.

Every time I come to this location I make a payment and get out. It's fast and easy, not to mention that it always smells so yummy like coffee! I feel like people always love to leave reviews when they have a bad situation at a company but I'd love to leave an awesome review for an awesome person. To say the least, yesterday just wasn't quite going my way and while paying my car payment at this location, my whole day changed from there. Angelica helped me with not only fast service but with a peptalk and a smile. She was a breath of fresh air and she even gave me a really sweet gift! I feel like less and less I have these moments and it's not every day someone recharges your batteries with a smile and the simple act of being kind for no reason at all!! Thanks Credit Union of southern California, and especially Angelica, keep shining! Sincerely, Arin Zane

Always friendly. Clean and quick service. I've never waited in line for too long here. The only cons about this location are that the open days and hours are shorter than other locations and also that because this is located in a secured building, you must sign in and present your picture ID in the lobby and get a guest pass sticker. Another thing is that the entrance is a little hard to locate if it is your first time visiting. But overall, I love this bank!

I applied for an auto loan through this credit union online, and called them later the same day to follow up on the application to ask what else they would need for me to get the loan approved. The next step was for me to open and checking and savings account with them in order to get a reduced rate in my loan. Their classic checking and savings account doesn't require direct deposit or charge any fees. Of course they do mention their other types of accounts which make more sense if you're looking to get rewards but I just needed an account for a loan since I already bank somewhere else. They asked me to provide 3 types of identification (original birth certificate, recent utility bill worth current address, and original social security card). They explained not everyone has to always provide these but I think I had to because I have only been living at my current address for 7 months. I then went home and later received an email to DocuSign the loan documents. Loan was approved and check was over nighted to the dealership all within 24 hours of me filling out the online form. Dealership offered me a rate of 5.99%, capital one offered 3.99%, and CU SoCal approved me for 3.19%. I'm not saying these rates are fixed for everyone and anyone but just sharing this info to give an idea of what the difference was for me between the dealership, the big bank, and this credit union. I have been to their Alhambra location and their Pico Rivera location. PR location is smaller but the employees are just as nice at both locations. No one trying to make a hard push to get you to open other types of account but they do ask you to confirm you are declining certain services or accounts to make sure they were offered to you.

This place always provides the best service, Im never in line for more than two mins & every teller is always so patient & nice. Yes, its a hassle to have to go through security. Give your ID & where a visitor ID sticker but worth it!!! I also recommend taking the stairs, its so much fast. I believe its just one flight right behind the security guard counter making a right once you've passed it.

I walked in to the bank today to make a deposit. No one at the bank. I ring the bell, with the sign " ring the bell for smile". So, someone walks out of the room and I say, hello. I go to the window where the teller sat down, as I approach her, she lifts her head and looks at me and says, pleas stand in line so I can see you. Haha, I thought I am in the scene from "Meet the Parents/Fockers" the famous scene at the airport. I turn around in disbelief, and literally, there is no one present except two of us, me-the customer, and the teller. I felt as she took me for an idiot,so I left the bank with no transactions performed. If she was busy and asked me to wait, or called another teller to assist me, I would have understand. When I told all my co-workers of the situation, they said it was very rude of her. Now, would you guys deal with the bank that doesn't give a damn for a customer service? I guess I will go somewhere else, again. And yes, it's not the first time I felt that this bank has the worst customer service. Regardless of their free cookies and coffee Thursdays. Cookies would not fix your indifferent approach to your customers.
