CVS Health is conducting coronavirus (COVID-19) testing, with tests available for eligible individuals in select states. The testing includes lab testing and rapid testing, though high demand may cause delays. While the pharmacy staff is described as nice and caring, the store staff is sometimes perceived as not very friendly or welcoming. Some customers have noted issues with long wait times, lack of public restrooms, and a general sense of the staff being overworked. However, others have praised the efficiency and pleasant service they've received, particularly during busy times like the holidays. Overall, CVS appears to be a busy and hardworking pharmacy, striving to meet the needs of its customers, despite some challenges with staffing and customer experience.
Always a pleasant experience shopping in CVS Customer service is always great for me... And now being a member of CVS plus I get even more discounts through the entire store 👍👍

There’s a MALE pharmacist who gives vaccine shots SO DANG WELL that they don’t hurt AT ALL! He makes the whole process painless, I didn’t know getting vaccinations could actually feel doable 🥲
