After RiteAid closed up the street CVS Alhambra has become a mess. Wait times to check out are ridiculous and shelves are half empty. Now I know why RiteAid was busier. This should have been the opportunity for management to cease the momentum but instead they failed. I now will go out of my way to go somewhere else. One positive is that the staff are great but look tired

This CVS store is OK overall, but why does CVS employ sour, unfriendly people like Maria. The store was not very busy at 8:20 AM on 12/19/23 but Maria could not find the time to smile, be friendly or welcoming. I tried to be nice and friendly but did not get the same treatment in return. This is not the first time I have dealt with her and she is usually the same way. She needs serious training in customer service.

The last two years the store has changed a lot, and it has improvement and having more items in stock specially, for the holidays. Great service my customer service. Just wish that the registers were a little bit updated seems to slow them down.

Screw this place, was waiting to be assisted in the deodorant section since everything is behind glass, rang the bell for assistance twice, and waited for more than 5 minutes, then I just walked out. Customer service at its worse.

lol I don't even know where to start... I placed some orders for mobile prints thru the app. The process was pretty easy. The price was ok for 4 photos with a discount. I ordered 3 of the 4x6 and one poster glossy paper. The email said prob within the hour or so. I never got an email saying if the photos were ready or not. It was going to be about an hr in a half since I ordered. I decided to call because I needed the photos the same day. A female staff answered the line. Right when I said I am following up on my photos, she said for me to hold because she was taking care of a line. Ok... waited about 3 minutes and a guy got on the line. He couldn't even find my order. When he finally found me, he said maybe about 20-30 minutes. I decided to just go home and charge my phone before heading over. Still no email from them. I got there. The line was somewhat long. I actually tried to go to the photo machine to see if I can just print it myself. However, after like 10 minutes I decided to just ask them. Both machines were broken. It connected to the phone then disconnected arghhh I decided to get in line, but figure I still should ask one of the staffs about it. The gal was like gotta get in line for it. When I got to the register, I told another gal and she was like huh. I had to repeat myself like 3 times. She then proceeded to go help me, but some random customer came to ask for help. So she just took off then returned shortly. THEY DIDNT EVEN WORKED ON THE PHOTOS!!!!! Like why do I need to place online order if they gonna work on it when I am actually there. The poster machine was extremely slow. I waited there for like 30 minutes before I get my photos and poster. The photo and poster came out like home print. Go elsewhere...

I don’t like being a Karen but I’ve done retail and I’m sorry. I had someone tell me they went to talk to two different managers in the span of a few seconds to tell me “your holiday item is super exclusive and we only get six and once those six are sold out; we never get anymore again.” I’m not an idiot. If you don’t want to do your job that’s cool but come up with a far better excuse or leave. For reference; I asked to see if it was in stock or the Christmas pallets she mentioned that haven’t been broken down yet. I asked her if it would be possible if they were in there to hold on to one and give me a call. She told me to wait to talk to a supervisor and left for what had to have been no more than thirty seconds to be told that this particular plushie was only six in total and never were they to sell any more again. Maybe it’s true; maybe it’s maybeline. I didn’t feel the need to tell her to bring me the two supervisors when I can just buy it off Mercari for my little sister so I’m warning anybody that goes here that they will receive no help whatsoever. Place has been the worst CVS I have ever gone to in years but it’s on the busiest street so it never hurt to check if anything I need is in there. Never has been and ima just assume it never will be there so why bother try again when I’m gonna get some half baked excuse for not doing what you’re paid for? Sorry not sorry.

I bought 1 bottle of Liver detox & Blood Refresh. The sign read buy one and get $5 extra bucks. I also bought 1 bottle of Testosterone, there was also a sign that read buy one and get $5 extra bucks. That should have been $10 extra bucks. The assosiat said I only get one because they were the same brand . The sign said nothing about the same brand. I should have bought it separately. I feel that I was scammed. Sham on you.

Nancy was a very rude cashier, she needs people skills. There’s a better and nicer way to ask for a receipt. I came to CVS in Alhambra to get a couple things. the system to cash out was frozen so Nancy told me if I was in a hurry to go to the back and check out with pharmacy. I said thank you and did just that, the line was huge. And they didn’t have bags in the back so I went back to Nancy to ask for a bag for my purchases. I usually get my receipt emailed because I don’t like paper receipts so I didn’t have a physical receipt on me. When I asked Nancy if I could get a bag I mentioned I had already paid for the items at the pharmacy check out. She then said very rudely, “Well, did they give you a receipt?” Trying to say I didn’t pay for my items and I was trying to steal them. I then pulled up my email and showed her the receipt. Then after she realize I did pay for my items, she switched her attitude around and said thank you. There is a better way to ask for a receipt. I don’t mind you asking for a receipt it’s just the way she asked for it that pissed me off. Nancy needs to get trained in people skills if she works as a Cashier.

Look at these reviews. CVS has some of the worst reviews and ratings. What has happened to this retain chain???? Are they simply unconcerned with customer feedback and experiences? One of the worst run pharmacy's I've seen. Particularly the drive-through. They close the drive thru during lunch for about 90 mins beginning I believe at 12:30PM. I rushed to get there and arrived at 12: 28 and they refused to help me because they were about to go to lunch. Mind you I was there on-time and my RX was already filled. I asked for the manager, Shannon, and she told me in short that it was inconsiderate of me to show up before lunch and ask for my RX. She said they usually start closing up about 15 mins before lunch and that they generally don't like to help customers at that time. I asked her where on earth they had posted or informed their customers of this and she admitted it was not posted. I told her that maybe they should clearly POST this useful information so that customer like myself dont waste their time time driving to arrive in-time just to be turned away. Yes its best to arrive earlier but thats not the point. IF your hours say you take lunch at 12:30 (which is strange that they all have to go go lunch at the same time) then that means you SHOULD BE THERE TO SERVE YOUR CUSTOMERS UNTIL 12:30 PERIOD!!! Shannon was unprofessional, unreasonable for dismissing a very reasonable point, was offensive by calling me inconsiderate, and very unskilled in dealing with customer issues. Her behavior was NOT befitting of a manager or pharmacist.

This is a horrible Location. The young super heavy tattooed Hispanic women act like they are doing you a favor by ringing you up. Worst location. Will not go again. Three bad experiences. They need a better staff here. And Namcy is an idiot

Came to purchase something 9/9/23 was rang up by Isabella who has 0 costumer service skills her face even showed she doesn’t. My son mentioned something to her and she completely ignored him. Makes a person not even want to return. Terrible.
