The owner is a very knowledgeable lady who really knows her stuff. My e-bike’s rear tire was damaged because it got stuck on a stapler, and I was worried it might happen again. If she hadn’t told me about the options between air-filled and solid tires, I honestly wouldn’t have known. Thanks to her advice, I chose a solid tire, and my bike was repaired perfectly.
She also repaired it super fast — I dropped it off at noon, and it was ready to pick up in the afternoon! Repairing an e-bike can be quite complicated since you need to remove the rear motor, but she handled it very professionally.
After changing to the solid tire, I felt the ride was a bit bumpier than before, with some shaking. She quickly found the reason and added a small cushion pad in the wire box to reduce the vibration. She also helped adjust my seat to make it more comfortable and better balanced, since I didn’t have much experience with e-bikes before.
Now it rides very smoothly, and I don’t have to worry about the tire breaking again. I’m very satisfied with the repair.
Highly recommended! She is professional, friendly, and quick, and the price is very reasonable.

Excellent shopping experience and so happy I was able to support a small business.
Lu passed the vibe check as soon as I walked in. I told her what I was looking for ( a foldable ebike) and she made her suggestions, let me take a test ride and took the time explain the features of the bike emphasizing safety tips. Great experience. If you don't want to order a bike on-line sight unseen and hassle with putting it together, I recommend checking out Deer-Focus. Rode my bike for the first time yesterday. GAME CHANGER!

I had an excellent experience getting my Ariel Rider Grizzly serviced for a pretty major tune up. I needed both hub motors re-greased, tires & brakes changed, & also replaced my front rotor due to some warping. After 2 days, my bike was complete and feels brand new again! They even adjusted my kick stand at no charge and sent me pictures and returned all the parts they swapped out. I'm very happy with the service and i'll be back for my next tune up. I had provided the new fat tires, brake pads and they provided labor and the new front rotor. I got what i felt was a great price and really at the end of the day, i didn't have to get my hands dirty with those hubs!
Thank you Lu for everything and helping me off load my bike!
Besides great service, anyone looking for a new bike can choose between some different models on the showroom floor ranging from commuters to compacts.

Great place such a nice girl working there. Very knowledgeable and helpful. The store has plenty of parts and accessories for all kinds of bikes from children's bikes to adults bikes, pedals to electric bicycles. There's plenty of items to choose from. 💖

Patient, trustworthy, and will tell you options. Our case was a situation that required us to contact the manufacturer since it's a very old bike, and they don't have parts for our particular bike. $65 to investigate your ebike issue, with a 3-5days minimum stay over needed to investigate.
Friendly! Very knowledgeable! Repairs ebikes too. Will be buying my next ebike from here! Unsure how they make money though! They take credit card and cash.
Apparently when starting, they were a bicycle shop 5 years ago. They quickly turned into an ebike shop due to its popularity.

I love this bike shop Deer Focus E-Bikes and Bicycle Shop! It’s the best bike shop here in the city if you ask me! I live 35 miles away from Deer Focus E-Bikes and Bicycle Shop Everyone is super friendly, and helpful! The services are absolutely extraordinary because they make you feel very, very welcome! Bottom line: excellent products in service with a Excellente positive atmosphere! Love my Freesky Alaska so much I had to buy my wife a Freesky Wild Cat.

Having looked around at all available options with other big name stores like Best Buy, Dick's Sporting Goods, Costco and online with Amazon, we found the perfectly suited e-bike for our 16 year old at this small, but very credible, local retailer. We had researched battery type and size, mileage distance and look. We didn't want anything too big, as once the battery charge ran out, we didn't want have to paddle a really heavy bike around. What was immediately apparent about Deer Focus was that they had a super selection of e-bikes with many options and price ranges, they also had e-scooters. We settled on the perfect model, it was a store made model that came with all the same features as the name brands for a reasonable price. It had a similar profile to a classic ten speed using a hidden battery design, it has great range, backed by a comprehensive warranty. We brought it home, my son sticker bombed it and immediately went for a cruise. He has logged about 1000 hours on it so far. Overall we would totes recommend going to Deer Focus for you e-mobility needs.

Do not waste your time looking for bikesI don’t know where to start Lu, she is amazing very kind and genuine and extremely generous. I called her yesterday I wasn’t interested in a bicycle listed at $2100 which is already cheaper than anybody else $300 difference. Unfortunately I got in an accident so I called her saying that I couldn’t make it today. I will come back tomorrow, she didn’t worry about the deal. She was worried more about myself if I got hurt and I’m very grateful for that. I make it today to her shop. She greet me with the same question after she realize that it was me asking are you OK? I say yes I’m great thanks for asking and I cannot say enough about what she did to make me feel better she made my day she went above and beyond give me more discount and bag full of gifts and accessories.This is definitely from now on my bike shop. I’m not going anywhere else and I’m sending all my friends and family.Thanks again Lu for your extreme generosity.
