This restaurant is very good halal, the meat is fresh and the spices are great. The restaurant service is also very good and hospitable, and it is a good representation of Uyghur culture.

One of the most unique flavors in the area and done well! We've been here several times and recommend to friends visiting or anyone wanting to try something new.PARKING / ARRIVAL / VIBE:Two small lots are available for customers and street parking if those are full. When you walk in you see white cloth tables and some paper on top of those and pretty multicolored lighting, with TV screens and music playing traditional views and tunes. We arrived about an hour before closing (group of 5 on a Friday evening) and were seated promptly, and it was busy! We were there to chat and dine so got comfortable. Menu has traditional options, appetizers, entrees, vegetarian, desserts, and drinks (in particular they have traditional teas!).SERVICE:Our servers were friendly and efficient, making sure all is good, plates are cleared, all that good stuff with making you feel welcome!FOOD:Fresh and arrived as they are ready. The SHREDDED POTATO was excellent! Potato slivers soaked in flavor, not too spicy and just the right amount of tangy, so good. The large BONELESS BIG PLATE CHICKEN is indeed large and heaped in a mound of chicken and potato chunks atop large flat noodles with sauce; a staple order and the chicken toothsome and flavorful. The LAGHMAN hand pulled noodles with stir fried peppers and beef has a wonderful flavor and the noodles are very springy, you can even see the slight difference of thickness which proves they are hand pulled. the PEARLED NOODLES are kind of like a chopped version of the LAGHMAN - spoonfuls of beefy and chewy noodle goodness, kind of like a rich pasta dish! I would recommend all four of these dishes, they are the perfect size and amount for 5 people.Dessert: their BAKLAVA is one of the best I've had, lots of layers that shatter through to plenty of pistachio filling, nutty and not too sweet like a lot of other baklavas! Delicious end to a delicious meal :)So glad they're in the area and will always recommend this place to friends (or take them here!).

First time trying this cuisine, absolutely amazing! Loved it. The Hordaq was excellent and the Big Chicken Platter was even better. There were more chicken than there were noodles. The sauce is so savory. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The restaurant is very clean and bright. The decor is modest with a few Uyghur artifacts. Will definitely come back.Protip. Ask the waiter for recommendations. He's very knowledgeable.

This place is awesome. We love uyghur. Had the spicy noodles (1 of 6 options), lamb, and samsas. Would return. Also the small big chicken dish looked really enticing I think I would get that next time.

Absolutely delicious food and great service. Restaurant feels like home. You need to try this restaurant but make sure you arrive early because it gets busy quickly.

Avoid on busy nights.... service can be terrible. They forgot us and didn't take our order until after they took orders from 3 other parties and we had to go up to get their attention to place order, and we had to do that again to get plates and utensils.

When it gets crowded, they totally forget you're there... they didn't even realize they had forgotten to take our order and took the orders of 4 other other parties that arrived after us. We had to go up to get their attention.

I've been to many Uyghur restaurant and I love Uyghur food. Food in this restaurant is mediocre I'd say, a bit overpriced for its quality. But that's fine to me. The service is UNACCEPTABLE. Everything is served in reversed order and you gotta wait ten minutes for next item to come. They serve sweet to us firstly after 10mins waiting, then water, then nann... Sat there for a hour the main course was still not served we have empty plates waiting there. In the end we have to cancel it. And there was no apology. If your restaurant is too busy to get kitchen working properly and even care about the service quality at all, maybe don't take so many customers. Sad experience.

The Uyghur cuisine here is very authentic and tasty! Especially the lamb skewers and the noodles. We had an awesome time here! The vibe here feels very welcoming and immersive culture too. Will definitely recommend for anyone wanting to try traditional Uyghur food.Upon knowing we are first time here, the restaurant owner even gave us a yogurt and a milk tea to try out. Very friendly and welcoming.

You will not regret coming to this place since every dish is so authentic and tasty. Plus Anthony the waiter gave us a beautiful desert on the house. It’s convenient to come here since it’s near Valley. Definitely will come again. One of the not many stunning dining places in this area.
