My facility in Alhambra is always accomodating, well-kept and secure and the staff is always friendly, funny and extremely professional as well as compassionate. Jackie, in particular, is a force of customer service that I've never experienced before and I am immensely satisfied with her work ethic.

My first time experience was delightful . The customer service I received was exceptional. Tanner took the time to walk me through the process. He was courteous, patient, and knowledgeable. I worked and trained in customer service and I would have hired him on the spot. I had no trouble with the instructions he gave to me. It’s a pleasure doing business with you. Thank you for a job well done!!

This place is beyond shady-- they raise everybody's rent up automatically after 4- months $100!! So mine went from $220 to $320!!! Then if you are even one day late they charge you a $43 late fee!!! The front desk people are very nice and very courteous but the owners of this place are beyond greedy and unscrupulous in their strategic money grab. I had a baby and surgery and thought they would maybe give me a break but I guess the owner needs to pay his Bentley car payment so BEWARE- seriosly- I should have stayed with Public Storage--

The service from the staff at Extra Space Storage on W Mission Rd. in Alhambra, CA, is EXCELLENT! Moving and trying to find storage can be stressful, and the staff here, with a special shout out to Jacqueline, genuinely do their best to make everything go as smoothly as possible. They are friendly and professional, so it is quite pleasant to work with them. I don't write many reviews good or bad, (I don't like "homework" LOL) but they've earned this excellent review!

We rented at Extra Space Storage because Jackie (the front desk person) was extremely helpful and presented us with all viable options. Ultimately she ended up giving us tours of the different units on the premises and she made the experience extremely easy. Ultimately a friendly face gave us the reassurance that our stuff would be safe. Jackie is awesome and we got the unit because of her.

Love the ease of access! Initial check in was a breeze, they had all my paperwork ready online and iwanted to pay cash so when I arrived it was only a matter of 5-10 minutes then done, thank you! Great staff, they were excited and eager to help!

I recently came in to look for a unit but wasn't exactly sure what size would be best for us so we had some questions and I was pleasantly surprised by Emilio he answered all our questions and made sure we got the unit that was best for us he was really nice and reassuring it was overall a great experience ?

Nice facility, well kept, pretty clean looking, and competitive initial prices. Once settled and 3 months later my monthly payment went up by over 50%. I wouldn't advise this as a long term storage solution.
