This was by far the worst salon experience I’ve ever had. The man rushed through my haircut in less than five minutes, and the result was terrible. More importantly, I noticed a clear difference in how he treated customers: warm and friendly to white customers, but cold and dismissive to me, an Asian customer. This is unacceptable and discriminatory, and I am considering filing a formal complaint with the appropriate authorities.

Really friendly staff. Highly recommend Alex; she really focuses on communication and customization to get your haircut right. She gives great advice if requested and makes you feel comfortable throughout the haircut as well.
