*Reminder to myself not to return* Happy Harbor Cuisine is an extension of Top Island Seafood right next door sharing the same kitchen and owners. I'm a little disappointed in the taste. Mediocre average flavors. The dishes are too sweet and too salty. The flavors seem similar to each dish. :-(We ordered the Peking pork Chops and French style fish fillet (it's fried fish fillet) And a bbq pork, roast duck over rice. The meat is pretty bland.Food is NOT memorable. If you want something in your stomach because you're hungry, I guess it's fine. It's edible. Quality reminds me of Hong Kong Express (fast food) quality and taste. Seems like customers take advantage of the tea time special from 3-5pm. Comes with complimentary Hong Kong style hot tea or coffee. If you want iced drink, it's $3.It's next to Top Island in the Big 5 shopping center

This is my go-to place for Cantonese-style wonton noodle soup. The noodles has that smooth and "crispy" or al dente texture that you want with wonton noodles vs the over-boiled, starchy or floury textured noodles that many other restaurants use. Their wontons also taste freshly made and are of a good size, not small, with good shrimp and pork meat ratio. There are six wontons per noodle soup order. I always like to order extra noodles for an extra meal since their noodles are so good and wontons are nice and healthy portions. Other places typically gives you five or less and are usually small in size, not freshly made or don't have good filling ratio. The latter may be a personal preference. I used to order the wonton noodles for dine-in during breakfast hours pre-pandemic and it comes with a free hot tea or milk tea but just order it to go now-a-days so don't know if the breakfast experience is still the same. Came here recently for dinner just to have a bowl of wonton after returning from a trip to Taiwan. My sis and mom ordered additional toppings with their wonton noodles. My dad order his nalstalgic salted dried fish fried rice which was surprisingly very tasty and comforting after a long plane ride.

Note: more 3.5 stars Came for their toted 3-5 pm happy hour just because it's a Chinese tradition thing. Not very busy, but they did have business throughout the time we were there. We got seated pretty quickly and the service is as expected of a Chinese establishment. In total, most of us got their wonton soup as it's a dollar cheaper and you get a free drink out of it. We also did a soy sauce stir fry noodles, shrimp rice roll (Cheung fun), and a liver congee to share. The items were of a decent quality and they came out relatively quick. Not much to write home about for the Cheung fun and soy sauce stir fry noodles. They were pretty much as expected from most places. The liver in the congee was severely overcooked though. So, not the best and honestly a tad off putting to eat dried and overcooked liver. On to the main reason why we came, my parents really liked the wonton soup here and I think it has a good sustenance as well. The wontons are decently sized and each one individually has a shrimp in it that makes it very delectable. The only con was that I asked for thin flat noodles (hor fun) instead of their usual won ton noodles. The hor fun wasn't drained properly so there was still a lot of water retained in the bowl so when the soup was added, the soup was overly diluted. Highly suggest to not get it with hor fun even if you like it with hor fun more. All in all, nice spot for the 3-5pm snack like in HK, but honestly, you can make it an early dinner just to snag the deal if you like. No extra flair place where you pay for decent food that won't break your bank. Worth a visit or more for meals and to formulate your own opinions.

I ordered roast duck chicken that supposed to have served on the samePlate. I got a larger portion of those meat in a separate dish. Waiter insisted that I ordered that, it was as incorrect over priced. I was disappointed.I paid for it anyhow won't go back. But not because my friend is as there with me face to face. I ordered a double set of rice but got a medium bowl of chicken and roasted duck. The price was expensive and the meat was tough and not good. The theory of delicious food has no choice but to eat and the service quality is poor. I will never go back.

10am ThursdayParking/Wait: Large plaza with a ton of parking. Theres bound to be a spot somewhere. There was no wait and I was seated right away.Food/drinks: Food was pretty mediocre. Ordered some porridge and the wonton noodle soup. Porridge has some slight sweetness that I wasn't used to. Kind of sad that the hot milk tea wasn't so good. Did not want a refill.Summary: Been here twice.

Crispy pork belly is normally difficult to make, but this place did an excellent job. The pork had crispy skin, tender meat with a slightly chewy texture, and a balanced ratio of fat to meat. Surprisingly, it didn't taste greasy at all. When dipped in the sauce, it became sweet and flavorful. Pairing it with a cup of tea and a bowl of rice made for a perfect meal. $20 for the dish buy big portion! Worth the price!!

All service is good but because the way they pack my food is not properly good and safe. So the broth is come out of the container Styrofoam. Why dont put on plastic container for food that contain thick soup so its will not come out.Sorry the food us good but the way of packaging is not good. No 5 stars only 1 star for this restaurant. Its meshing becquse its dripping in my car.

Nice and convenient location for authentic HK style Chinese food. Also ran into a friend there, so that tells you that place is popular.
