I came to this store to buy 4 Icon rechargeable LED lights at an incredible price of $24.99 each but they were out of stock. I spoke to Erin and she gave me a rain check and asked me to come back the following day to pick up my lights. I did come back and Jeanie assisted me and honored my rain check with a sweet smile. Erin and Jeanie gave me the best customer service ever! You both are the best!

had a bizarre experience with the manager of this location, They were out of a shelf that I wanted I asked when Will you receive more? she said I don't know but we have a shipment coming in on Wednesday, fine but what are you receiving " I don't know " can I have a raincheck she said No on my coupon, A completely negative attitude from the Manager, I calling the harbour fright in Pasadena on foothill Blvd SO very helpful, I will going to the store in Pasadena even though it's 25 min where I live. FYI the the Alhambra Manager is Jennie don't bother with her Attitude!

I'VE BEEN AROUND 6 DECADES. IT SURE SEEMS HARBOR FREIGHT TOOLS HAVE IMPROVED IN QUALITY. I'VE BEEN TO VARIOUS LOCATIONS AND HAVE HAD VERY HELPFUL ASSISTANCE. THANK YOU ALL, GREATLY APPRECIATE YOU. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK.

Every time I enter this store, employees start speaking Spanish to me. I thought English was the main language. I guess I'm wrong.

Today around 1:50 pm, I waited in line to pay items I picked, but two cashiers stand next counter and chat with another customer which he oblivious paid already and ignore me, I wave my hand to notify them, but two cashiers seems enjoyed the conversation and despite another sales. More than that they answer the third customer's question and still ignore me. I really suggest store manager should pay attention to these two cashiers, since their attitude already make me angry.

I have been coming to Harbor Freight Tools for years shopping for things for the house,car and other things. Harbor Freight Tools have popping out everywhere I notice this one in Alhambra at old office depot building and now Harbor Freight Tools took over that nice much closer to home.
