Too bad there is no way to give zero star. The lady at the first desk on the right side is very rude, she should be no where near a customer service job.

If I could give this Alhambra Branch 0 stars I would. I've been banking with them for several years for the sake of having a safety deposit box but over the years, their service has been getting worst and worst. They have so many workers but only 1 teller and even when I had CDs that matured, I wasn't offered new offers and was met with attitude that made me take my money elsewhere. I would walk into a entirely empty bank with no customers but the desks across from the teller windows will have several workers looking up at me and ask me what I needed and gave me attitude or either ignore me entirely and I would walk up to a random teller window to get service of any kind and they were always so slow with even just depositing a simple check. Only come here if you speak mandarin and have a lot of money. Apparently if you are a small amount banking customer here, you are unworthy of their service. I've seen this on many occasion where they know their "big boss" customers by name as soon as they walk in and more than 1 person will greet and help this person while I was still standing in line for non working tellers. I will never bank here again and have since closed all my accounts. Worst bank ever.

For Temple City Branch, Come to this bank if you want to waste 2 hours of your day opening an account with them while they mess up the paper work and make sure you double check their data entry. Oh and better yet, closing the account takes a full hour while they have to retype your cashier check because they didn't hear your request of two checks...while a bunch of angry Asian customers yell over you to talk to the one new accounts csr. Amazing bank Would recommend

I received a welcome, but when I tried to open a business account my business was not acceptable. I didn't know banks had the legal authority to determine what business is acceptable and what business isn't. My finance manager actually asked me to try to open an account at this bank because we work with a lot of Chinese investors and clients. I don't live in the area of the bank and explained this. There isn't a branch in my area. I just wonder what was thought as a real reason wasn't a real reason for opening an account so far from where I live. I would open my own bank and stop this kind of nonsense, but then again what is deemed nonsense in banking anymore?

Last year it took me one hour to open account, now it took me 35 minutes to close the account, and they are asking for the original yellow copy when I opened the account! I have no idea what the hell it is, I have my statement and driver license, who do I know what yellow copy? It seams they only speak cantonese, have problem understand their mandarin!
