Liberty Tax at this location offers a range of services, including tax preparation and live scan fingerprinting. Customers have found the environment to be somewhat run down, with old carpets and paper signs hanging on the walls. The space is spacious but not very welcoming, and the staff member who provides services may not be very personable. Parking is available in a small lot behind the building, accessible by walking around the block, and masks are required for in-person visits. The staff member guiding the live scan process is helpful, providing lotion to improve fingerprint quality, and the process itself is straightforward and quick once called in. The fee for live scan fingerprinting is around $33 per person, with additional government fees and a small surcharge for card payments. Customers have noted that the place can be closed unexpectedly, so checking updated hours is recommended. Overall, while the environment may not be the most modern or friendly, the services provided are efficient and reliable for those needing fingerprinting or tax assistance.
After seeing that the Garfield Liberty Tax on Alhambra was closed, I went to check this location. Same thing… it was closed. However, fortunately this branch offered an updated display of their business hours.
