“Like many places in SGV (not including restaurants), the employees here are usually very nice, but the customers are either rude or very strange so that they make you feel uncomfortable. The shelves are usually welll stocked and organized so that you can quickly find what you want. Sometimes there are lines at the registers and there is only one person and other times there are lines even with two registers open. The service at the ice cream counter is usually pretty good, but sometimes it can be challending to get help when the same person is doing the front register and the ice cream counter at the same time. The shared lot for this large strip mall is big, but it is almost always overcrowded. However, if you just park further away and walk, then you can always get a spot. TIPS: (1) Use the drive ways off Valley to enter the mall and use the light to exit, if turning left. If turning right DO NOT use the light, but rather the driveways as you will probably get stuck behind the left turn people and won't make it out on the first signal. (2) The ice cream is good quality and a LOT cheaper than 31 Flavors next door, but 31 flavors and other places like Cold Stone have superior quality ice cream. However, it is always a better deal to get the ice cream from the frozen section in the store and just eat it at home. I'm sure others have some negative reviews about this place. However, it you are just coming in to get a few items, use the Amazon lockers at the right side back, or get an ice cream, then you will probably have a good experinece here. For other services, your experinece may be different.”

“I visited this store that sells Money Gram transfers. It was pass 5pm on Friday and Jose helped me out. My information was already on their computer and that made my transaction fast and simple. I had a discount too on the transfer fee which I didn't mention to Jose. I got the discount on my receipt. There was no lines either. If there is no parking in the small parking lot, just park on Valley Blvd., or on the south side of the store.”
