Nice and homely. I guess it's authentic but I found the broth a bit too meaty and the well done brisket was mostly fat. It's really about your preference. Not for me though.

This place is nostalgic to me. Got the pho dac biet, a broken rice plate and some egg rolls. Tasty and comforting.

3.8% Customer service charge? When asked, they then said that it is the credit card price. The food was okay, but you can get much better food for the money elsewhere. Service was non-existent...no thank you what-so-ever. We will definitely not be coming back.

After all these years it's still my favorite pho spot. Nothing fancy or hyped up dishes. Just the way pho should be.

I was there about 45 minutes ago, the food was great but I got mosquito bites from the seats near the back door, please take the mosquito spray or I'm not going again, thanks

It's good food but very expensive. I like their beef pho and the "vietnamese meatloaf" Cha Trung Hap. But it is already about 20% over priced but then they charge you three percent more for using credit card, which you're more likely to do because it's already 20% more than it ought to be. But tons of Vietnamese peeps here so it must be worth it. The service is mixed --the boy is brusque and not very helpful and seems like he'd be happier working somewhere else, but the older woman is much better. I really can't afford to eat here anymore, though, I guess I'm used to Little SaigonWheelchair accessibility: Goood-- Ramp on back entrance that leads to handicap parking

I had a delightful morning experience at New Noodle City! As an early riser, I appreciate their early opening hours, making it the perfect spot for a post-drinking pick-me-up with their fantastic pho. The broth and noodles were above average, and the flavors were just what I needed to feel rejuvenated. What truly sets New Noodle City apart is their outstanding service. Unlike some other pho restaurants, they attentively fulfilled my requests for extra limes, bean sprouts, and other additions without missing a beat. It's refreshing to find a place that genuinely cares about accommodating their customers' preferences.I even brought my 18-month-old baby along, and the staff went above and beyond to make our dining experience comfortable. The kind lady provided me with scissors without me having to ask, so I could easily cut my baby's food and feed her. This thoughtful gesture made me feel welcome and valued as a guest. In addition to the excellent service and the above-average pho, New Noodle City offers a pleasant dining ambiance. The comfortable seating, well-lit environment, and cleanliness create a relaxed atmosphere, perfect for enjoying a satisfying meal. The combination of delicious pho, friendly staff, and inviting ambience makes New Noodle City highly recommended for anyone seeking a delightful dining experience. I'll surely be returning for more pho-filled mornings!

From LA to OC, still my favorite spot for the Pho. Order their house special pho. It has everything you want. Add their Vietnamese ice coffee and 3-color-bean drink. Done deal!

Avoid this place like a plague. They charge you for using a credit card without telling you and charge for a to-go box too. Not to mention at least an 18% tip on top of that.

This is definitely one of my nostalgic restaurants. I think the pho is super consistent and probably the one go-to item I usually get here. Honestly, I read some of the reviews about the service and I guess it's a hit of miss. I've usually gotten friendly staff helping me. Pho 5/5: this was my parents go to pho restaurants so I have a lot of fond memories here. I'm pretty bias, because I associate this place's pho with good feelings. But, still I think the pho is objectively better than most places I've tried. Spring roll 1/5: as much as I really like this place the spring rolls were questionable. The flavor was lacking and the noodles ratio was high. I also dont think the sauce paired well at all. I would personally stay away. Thai tea 3/5: I usually don't order Thai tea, but the server was hyping iit was way on the sweet side, I think maybe I would ask for them to go easy of the sugar next time. There is some parking in the back but I usually go for street parking.
