“Just received excellent customer service for propane tank refill. I brought in my two rusty old tanks, the very nice technician came out of the office immediately and inspected them--they have a date stamped in the metal, and they're good for 12 years, so mine were expired by a couple of years. He suggested that I could get them re-certified but, seeing rows of brand-new ones, I opted to replace them. No problem leaving the old ones for recycling. He filled them quickly, showed me a couple of safety tips, and I paid right there in the parking lot. Took all of 10 minutes total. Definitely recommend this UHaul for safe, knowlegeable, certified and fast propane tank service.”

I didn’t know this, but they told me at the counter and I remembered it for the drop off process and it was very easy. The app asks you to take a few photos and submit them and it is easy. The van was roomy and is powerful driving up hills, good on gas too. Thank you”

“Best gas station! The gentleman that works inside is so nice and so welcoming. I moved from the area, but when I lived in Arcadia, this was my go-to and the liquor store next to it. The area around the pumps is clean, and never any trash cans overflowing, like you see at others. When I needed air for my tires, it was never a hassle in asking him to turn it on. Service is always top-notch!”

Only new procedure i dislike is that now if you want to rent a vehicle, they require you to download their app. Which i definitely an against. But with that said, plenty of rentals here, staff is super accommodating and friendly. The drop off is easy peesie. Thank you guys n gals. Loyal customer :D”

They are some pumps just focused on diesel especially for the truck drivers this is a good location for you guys. As for me I got regular gas. And they also have the stuff for you to clean your car if needed. It is a small location btw. When paying cash $4.99 regular gas $5.19 plus gas $5.25 diesel gas $5.39 supreme gas When paying card / debit: $5.09 regular $5.19 plus $5.35 diesel no 2 $5.49 supreme gas Get a membership to save on gas Chevron with Techron Bitcoin machine & ATM machine You can take out money over here. “Nothing, because Joanne, Cesar and Nick from this U-Haul, these three did all these next things: Joanne checked me in quickly on a busy Wednesday of last week, February 18th, 2026 she was very well patient, prepared, and courteous to walk me through the process of renting the U-Haul van for my moving situation currently. Then on Tuesday, February 24th, 2026 Cesar and Nick helped us regarding to someone was planning to call up the towing company to tow away the U-Haul because that person was so grumpy and upset that he tells Cesar we parked and blocked his driveway when it wasn’t on the driveway. So, Cesar took his courtesy thoughtful call to call me to let me know the situation, which when we quickly arrived back to the U-Haul can we took two pictures regarding to the matter and went to this U-Haul for early drop off since we do not want to go through this again. Also, we thank Cesar and for Nick to be there to assist us to check through U-Haul van and told me what is the last thing after we return the key. So overall these three agents did what’s right and amazing job on assisting helping us!! Please continue to show your true efficiency and care to everyone that needs help when they come to rental services!! Thank you so much and I appreciate your support and your kindness!!”
