Great place, brought in my friend to rent a unit yesterday, happen to see worker keeping up maintenance on the property turned out to be the property manager , great job! Monique, It's always good to see a well kept establishment, thanks for all your help yesterday, will be recommending this location more often. Lorin!

I guess companies nowadays want your money but want nothing to do with servicing you! This Public Storage facility is definitely one of them. People that are not their current customers are sneaking into the facility. They’re waiting outside the exit gate and rushing into the premises when customers leave. Sometimes they are in cars, sometimes they are walking/running in. Every once in a while, current customers may have forgotten their access code. Usually, they are at the entry gate waiting to get in when other customers enter. They are not facing the exit gate and rushing to get in. I’m also noticing cars parked in their parking lot that have sitting for weeks. . I have belongings in this storage facility and I’m concerned about my own safety and the safety of my belongings. There are a few reviews on Yelp that this place has been broken into often and even the Alhambra PD knows this.
So, I decided to ask one of their employees one fine afternoon – August 6th @ 1:40pm - about this activity. Tall brown haired white guy. Not only was he irritated, agitated and didn’t want to answer any of my questions, his rotten attitude was overall unwelcoming and didn’t want to be bothered or answer any questions. Instead he was complaining that I was asking him too many questions before he had a chance clock in. He mentioned that Public Storage is renting out parking spaces which might explain some of these people wanting to gain entry. If someone is leasing a parking spot, wouldn’t they have an access code? Why are they gate crashing? Bam! He got even more irritated. He decided to reprimand me as if I’m letting these gate crashers in illegally. He cited that current account holders letting any gate crashers in can have their accounts cancelled. I couldn’t believe it! I’m trying to get some assurance about my own safety and the security of my belongings that I have in their storage and I get threatened with a reprimand about letting gate crashers in. Isn’t it kind of strange that he’s getting irritated with my asking questions about these gate crashers?
I’ve made two calls to their district manager and left a message with their property manager about this incident and my ongoing concerns about the security of this facility. You guessed it – NO ONE HAS REACHED OUT TO ME!

It was so easy obtaining a unit online. However, I discovered I needed the unit sooner. Monique tried her hardest to see if I could make the change online to no avail and informed me that I needed to go in. Monique updated me throughout the day and made an appointment for me to make changes. It was easy and fast. Monique and Patty went through the directions to get into the gate and enter the building. They showed us how to use the door on our unit and gave us great information. Our unit’s light was out, and they immediately went to secure new bulbs. Not only were Monique and Patty were awesome, but our unit was better priced than other storage facilities. It has given me piece of mind having my stuff stored there.

Wendy and Daisy are the best! they explained to me how Public Storage payment or due date works, its not what i expect and wouldn't a convenience for me but they help me make it work and have patience on the system...Thank you so much Daisy and Wendy!!! The service here sucks ... but you don't come to a storage place for that.You come here for the security, but still when they randomly change the password and the only way to get the password.Is if someone is there to service you ... Then that's when the service really is important ... i only hope they have more people working there.So I can get my password to enter the god damn area !!!!!
