I came to donate some stuff, and the guy that was outside taking the stuff was extremely rude. He didn’t even help me carry heavy boxes or anything. I will not be back here ever again.

I recently dropped off some old clothes at the Salvation Army in Alhambra and I must say, it was a great experience. The parking lot in the back was specifically designated for donations, making it easy to drop off my items without any hassle. The staff were very helpful and even provided me with a receipt upon request. Overall, the process was very convenient and I highly recommend this place for all donations. It's a great feeling to give back to the community and help those in need through organizations like the Salvation Army.

I started liking coming here more after they renovated. It's super bright and clean and workers are nice. I also noticed the inventory is a lot better than the Pasadena which I have no idea why but I'm here for it since this store is closer to my home lol.

Small location but still a good place to thrift and source stuff to resell. Prices have gone up, so best to wait for their 50% off sales to get better deals.

I had a lot of donations to drop off. Because of the very helpful employee who assisted me, the drop off was super easy. Thanks for all of your help, young man!

I had no idea there was a location here and I am sooo happy there is! Drop off was easy peasy! Staff were nice too! Will def start coming here to donate all my goodies. Prices at Salvation Army are fair and not ridiculously overpriced like the Goodwill.

Every time I come to this place I see the same three dudes lounging around the store waiting for the workers to bring the merchandise out. I usually get there by 12 and some girl who frequents this store told me they are there as soon as the place opens. It is highly annoying that they lurk around the store acting like they own it. In fact sometimes the workers bring the stuff directly to them. They are obviously resellers: A chubby dude with facial hair who fills his basket to the brim, a very talkative Asian dude with a loud annoying voice and a wanna be hipster Latino who wears cap and darts around the store all day acting like he works there, doing stuff for the staff to get on their good side. I think it's not fair that they get first dibs on the inventory, I also think these MEN should get real jobs. And let the community shop in peace without hoarding stuff to resell or get preferential treatment. The staff are nice though and they do have a lot of cool stuff in the store, problem as I said are those dudes rushing to take all the Levi's, carhartt, all name brands they will sell for triple online.

I walked through the front doors today with a couple hundred dollars of items to donate. A short woman with brown hair and glasses just stares at me. I tell her I'd like to make a donation, and instead of thanking me or offering a receipt, she just glared at me, takes my items and says "next time come through the back door." Now I know why my wife takes the time to drive several miles and make her donations to Bargain Box. I could have easily sold these items on eBay, but I was just trying to make a difference and help out. If it's going to upset her so much when people don't know the store's rules, she should find something else to do in life.

I recently started thrifting again back in the summer to just explore and walk around. This thrift store is a bit on the smaller end, but they do have some very good things if you are able to find it.I ended up purchasing a very cute pink floral vase and loved it! It was only $3.99 and luckily I got 25% when I purchased it, so in the end I only paid for $3!!!Parking: There's some street parking up front, but if you can't find a spot they do have plenty of parking in the back. You just have to walk around since the entrance is towards the main street.

It's a very clean place. It's very small and it doesn't have a lot of items. Better for clothes shopping I think.
