Approximately a year ago, I purchased a vehicle from your establishment, and initially, the transaction went smoothly. However, I am now compelled to bring to your attention an issue concerning the maintenance coverage that was promised to me during the purchase process. I was informed that all maintenance and mechanical issues would be covered for a duration of 9 years or 150,000 miles.My first encounter with this matter occurred when I took my vehicle in for its first oil change, and despite being assured that it was covered, I was initially charged. After clarification, the charge was waived. Subsequently, when I sought another oil change and air filter replacement, I was informed that I would be charged $250, contrary to the promised coverage. Despite bringing this to the attention of your service department, the issue remains unresolved.I took the initiative to discuss the matter with Pearla, the Assistant Manager in Service, and then with George, the Sales Manager. Unfortunately, my concerns were met with uncertainty, and George suggested that I speak with the Finance Manager, as he was the one responsible for the deal. This response was disheartening, as it implied a lack of accountability.During my interaction with George, he mentioned that there seemed to be a discrepancy in my coverage and then stated that it’s my word against the finance manager's word. This, coupled with the subsequent delay in receiving a promised call from the Finance Manager, has left me thoroughly dissatisfied and questioning the professionalism of the service provided.As a first-time customer of Acura, I expected a higher level of customer service and a more transparent resolution process. Unfortunately, this experience has significantly altered my perspective on your dealership.I kindly request a prompt and thorough investigation into this matter to ensure a fair resolution. Additionally, I believe that communication and follow-up, particularly from a Sales Manager such as George, should be more proactive.Thank you for your attention to this matter, and I trust that steps will be taken to rectify this situation promptly.

Disappointed in today service . Arrived to appt for oil change, tire rotation and alignment. I was told the tech would be out to lunch for 1 hour . Then why would you let people schedule appointments during their lunch break. It's been 3 and a half hours . Im Not getting my vehicle washed And it's still going to take them another thirty minutes..

Places that absolute joke, listed Acura nsx for 180k online and in their own website. call up and then all of a sudden it's 320,000. These people are shoddy scam artist and love to waste people's time. Would not buy anything here. First time calling last time calling

I was looking to get into a new vehicle and the team at Acura of Alhambra was great! I was assisted by April in sales, Jorge one of the managers, and Alex in finance. They all were very helpful, professional, and quick as I was only in there for an hr and a half. April and Jorge were able to get me the best possible deal on a 23 TLX Type S and even beat my expectations! I will always give Alhambra the first chance when I get new vehicles.

I've been going to Acura Alhambra for 3 years for service on my car, and people are very nice, specially Perla very knowledgeable and very caring pertaining to my car, the man who wash my car does such a great job, My car was ready sooner than they said. Great place.

New Management at Alhambra Acura is on point, thanks to Maria. They want to strive for customer satisfaction from picking out the car you want all the way to end of the deal. I talked to Maria and she was a women of her words, we handled the deal straight forward and with my crazy schedule as a LA chef she made the process very easy. She had everything lined up prior to me going to the dealership. After discussing the deal and having it ready, I was out the dealer ship with my new car in a hour. Again a big thank you to Maria and the team at Acura of Alhambra !!!!!

At first, I was worried to see the loan offer till I realized it's a prize-invite. It's my first visit to this dealer, mainly because I am a loyal fan of my current dealer ^^* ~ Anyways, I just want to leave a review for the Sales Consultant Jason (and the Manager Mr. George) who offered me the "gift " after I test-drove the TLX model. Acura TLX is fancy and all. Anyone wants a new vehicle should ask for Jason.

Just wow. My wife and I have purchased at least 3 new cars from Acura of Alhambra's predecessor (Sierra Acura) and I decided to give the dealership under new ownership a shot. A few days ago, I submitted an online request for a price quote on a new car in their existing inventory. I DID NOT provide them with a telephone number; instead I asked for an email response with the price quote.Did they email me a price quote, or reach out by email AT ALL, as requested? Nope. Instead, they somehow found my name (more accurately, my wife's) in the system, and called her (not me) repeatedly to ask "when are you going to come in?" After numerous calls to her (again, not me - the person who asked for the quote), my (understandably) irritated wife told the sales caller they were calling the wrong person.Did Acura of Alhambra finally look back at the online request and contact me, as Sierra Acura had done literally every time I sought to purchase a car from them? Nope again. They have happily stopped calling. But they've made no further effort to provide the price quote I requested, or even to contact me by my preferred means of contact at all.I have never seen a dealership so apparently eager not to sell a car - particularly to a "repeat" customer.

Thank you Jason for helping with my purchase of 2023 MDX S-Type. Especially since my husband only speaks Spanish. Being bilingual really helped. We expected to purchase a 2024 but with your help, we left with a 2023 which was better than expected. I will definitely return in the future and refer you to all my relatives and friends. went to 3 different dealerships and they weren't able to help. luckily I was fortunate to find this dealership and withe the help of Michael he got me into my dream mdx. Will definitely be coming again!!!!

I went to Acura of Alhambra two months ago and they told me my car had a camera issue. Perla did not even check if I had warranty on my car. I was charged $1700+ to fix my camera issue. Fast forward 2 months later I went to my original Acura dealership in Cerritos and they told me I still have extended warranty until 2027. They gave me a number to call for warranty and they're reimbursing me all my money back. Ethos told me that sometimes the dealerships are lazy to check. Acura Alhambra even went on Fast Trak. I was beyond livid when I saw an invoice for Fast Trak. I had to go to their manager to get my money back.This is a shady dealership and are lazy to check if you even have warranty. Please do not go here!!!!

Everything was fine, but it's good to review the contract before signing. We ended up talking to each other at the price we wanted, but in the contract, 10,000 miles was written as 7,500 miles. So in the end, the $10/monthly payment was higher than the deal. Given was not good, but I was already tired, so I signed it.

best dealership I have been to in my entire life. We purchased an Acura and Michael was our salesman, he was extremely kind and helped us find the perfect car for us, and even worked with us to get us the best deal possible. Alex in finance was also great and he quickly completed all the financial documents for us in less than an hour. I am recommending that anyone who needs a car come to Acura of Alhambra. Thanks guys!!
