Horrible staff, picking and choosing who they wanted to help instead of following the queue. Taking 10-15min breaks at the back in between customers. Only answer they had was keep waiting.

If efficiency is the hallmark of good service, the Spectrum Alhambra location is failing the most basic metrics. I visited during a period of notably low foot traffic, the store was essentially empty, yet the wait time was disproportionately long.
The issue here is not capacity; it is apathy. Despite the lack of a crowd, staff members appeared entirely unconcerned with the queue, offering no acknowledgment to waiting patrons and displaying a frustrating lack of situational awareness. Watching a team move with lethargy while customers wait in a silent store creates an optical failure that is hard to forgive.
While I eventually concluded my business, the experience was a testament to poor floor management. This was not a busy team overwhelmed by demand; it was a disengaged team failing to respect the customer's time.

I just walked out of here feeling really good. I got here 10 minutes late for my appointment and was seen immediately. The associate gave me all my options based on what my needs were and we sat and figured it out. I really felt heard and seen.🙏

The staff named Shawn is lacking of professional knowledge, can’t answer simple questions, he is not only can't calculate the correct amount of bill but also gave customer bad attitude. He definitely needs more training, both professional knowledge and how to provide service.

I had an unpleasant experience consulting and processing business here. A slightly overweight Chinese female sales representative was very impatient with my explanations, and this attitude made me very uncomfortable. I hope she can change her work attitude.

Spectrum corp obviously does not care much about this store nor the community it serves!!!!!! Customer support, communication and overall handling is the absolute lowest I've experienced in any retail store. Seriously considering going back to ATT even though their services cost more! Read the other reviews and you'll learn what thw consensus is.

Being here two times. Every time it wait was so horrible. I gave up the first time because o waited 1 hour and 15 min. The second time almost 2 hours wait. I wish spectrum would make it easy just to return the equipment.

I had a very disappointing experience with an employee named Bryan at this location. He was extremely impatient and unhelpful, and his attitude made me feel very uncomfortable and unhappy. I hope that management will take this feedback seriously and improve the customer service.
