This place is ridiculous first of all there's 3 people working once I first walk in. Then 2 leave and there's only 1 person helping customers. The wait is unnecessary it's simple if there's a lot of customers in the store no one should take a break. Plain and simple. Definitely the last time I do this.

Sucks. The entire team, the entire service, all of it. Horrible. Would not recommend. AT&T is far superior. I would switch from Spectrum to any other provider, period.

You will find the worst employee in this location. Waited 45 minutes in line while the employee is chatting eye lasik, British royal family and television styles, then asked me to sign a waiting list and go back to the end of line.

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!!!! I went in a few days ago to try to finance the new Iphone. My father authorized me on the account so I wouldn't have any issues going in. I was asked by CHAO what I needed. I explained what I wanted to do and he basically laughed in my face. He said a lot of scammers come in trying to purchase iphones. He said being authorized is easy and they aren't allowed to finance an iphone. I was so confused since I went to the Atlantic location and I had no issues there. CHAO said they were trying to scam me. He seemed like he didnt want to do the transaction for me, or even help me, but I made sure he would at least try. We went to one of the registers and he asked for my father's ID. Keep in mind I AM ALREADY AUTHROIZED ON THE ACCOUNT, why would CHAO need my father's ID when I could just use mine. He stated that the IPHONE is a big purchase and they could get in big trouble if I use my ID. He was so rude when I said my father is not here so he can't give his ID. CHAO had the audacity to ask where he was at, my father is at work why else would he not be there with me. I then had my father on the phone and CHAO was talking back to my father about how he won't give him his ID that he is trying to not give any problems.First of all, I am authorized on this account so my ID is all that they would need. CHAO then said he did not want to help me anymore and then I asked if I could speak to the manager. CHAO said there were not any managers after 5:00PM, then he said he is not going to do it since he could get in "trouble". CHAO then turned to his co-worker and asked if he wanted to do it instead. STEVEN was his name said that he was good that he didn't want to help me.I was mind blown at how rude they both were. I then left and decided to go to the Atlantic location in Monterey Park.It turns out that STEVEN is actually the manager at the Alhambra location, so they just did not want to help me. The fact that both of them lied about a manager not being present is horrible. The spectrum employee at the Monterey Park location also told me that everyone has had horrible service from both CHAO and STEVEN. They did not want to help me because they were just lazy and that they would not make commission off of my purchase.I appreciated their honesty and I will be going to corporate about this issue.I understand that the Alhambra location is predominately Asian, and that both STEVEN and CHAO are fluent in Mandarin. That is probably why they are still there. After seeing that CHAO has been working for that location for 2 years is unprofessional and it makes spectrum seem like they do not care how their customers are treated. I hope both STEVEN and CHAO read this review to remind themself that how they treat people in general is a reflection of who they are as a person. I truly hope corporate or the District Manager will act on this issue, as well as other proof according to the reviews through here that other people have had. If you need to go to any Spectrum, the Monterey Park location is great! It is a much better option than this Alhambra one.

Wait is too long. Went to the market for 30 minutes, came back and the line has not moved. Not the workers fault but need more service attendants. I just came in to drop off equipment and this is ridiculous!

Only arrive after making a reservation online, otherwise expect to spend most of the day here waiting.

Wait time is super long at this location, I waited 1.5 hrs with 8 other people in the store and still wasn’t helped so I left. I got a message an hour after I left saying that it was my turn. The two staff stayed late to help everyone which is great, but I think there are general management mistakes that need to be fixed to prevent waits that are this crazy. I think the major issue is that the staff help people in the order of the queue, no matter what they might be coming in for. That means that if there are only two staff and two customers happen to need 1hr to get help, everyone else has to wait that long. Can you imagine trying to return a package (which takes less than a minute) and having to wait over an hour to do so? There NEEDS to be an express lane/worker for quick services (< 10 min), otherwise there will always be a huge buildup - this lane / worker would prioritize customers who just need some quick help before helping other people in the queue. I think this would also incentivize other customers to think about how to ask about / fix their problems as quickly as possible. Customers who go into the express lane but who need more than 10 min should then be referred to the general line. The main cause for the huge wait last night was the fact that one party was there for over an hour being helped by the same person. The customers were calling someone on the phone and trying to figure out their issue and by the end they still didn’t get it figured out. If things like this happen, the staff NEED to set a timer on how long they can help a customer. For example, if it’s been 20 minutes and there still hasn’t been any progress, then you need to tell the customer what steps to do by themselves before returning to the help desk - there is no point trying to plug away at something for an hour with no progress, while keeping everyone else waiting.

This is by far the worst Spectrum store I have EVER been to. Some tall, very unintelligible Asian dude, was literally the laziest person I HAVE EVER SEEN. I would fire him and close this store if there aren't any better staff prospects out there. Spectrum, this idiot and this store altake away from your service... PATHETIC.

The people in this place are mostly Asian and they yell a lot inside the Spectrum store so it's hard to carry on a conversation in this place. so this place offers good service but very noisy

I was having a couple of issues with the exchanging of my cable boxes for a while so I came in to this spectrum location in Alhambra.I did not know how the protocol went so I had missed the check-in iPad right in front. I thought it was some sort of display model for their newest gadget that they were selling. So once they were calling customers to each desk I had to ask them where to get on the sign in list. So as a PSA to everybody, don't miss the iPad up in front especially if there's a line. When I was in there it seemed like there were a lot of older Asian customers where there was a language barrier and I could see how some of the guests and the workers here couldn't communicate all that well. I eventually got helped and the experience was fine. A tip for myself in the future or anybody exchanging boxes, make sure they give you the correct region of box you're in or it won't work. Parking: lots of parking out here but it can be a bit chaotic.
