I had a great experience from the very start. I found the car I wanted on line, I contacted the sales person that was recommended to me. Jorge Cervantes contacted me and we set a time to meet up. He greeted me upon arrival with my chosen car sitting up front ready for a test drive. We went inside to an amazing showroom and was treated like the only customer in the place. I was walked over to the finance office where my wait was short. Signed all the paperwork and left with my clean certified used car. Not only do I highly recommend Jorge Cervantes but Wondries Toyota. Signed, Another satisfied customer

My family brought two 2023 RAV4 from this company. The second one was defective but the dealership is not able to give us a straight answer when it can be fixed. It has been almost two months. Still no date. Do not buy from here.

Staff 5 startBook appointment 5 startService price 5 startMy review is for the waiting time to they do the job, more specific a simple OIL CHANGE, I was waiting for 3:30 hours in the waiting room til was done. You should have 1 or 2 stations just for oil change and get the car ready fast, time is money and I prefer pay extra on another place but be done on 20 minutes.Like I say this review is just for OIL CHANGE SERVICE.

A service center representative called me to offer me a labor day deal for an oil change and tire rotation for $59.98.I called back and accepted the offer and when I showed up to my appointment the representative was going to charge me full price. I told them how I received a phone call about the deal and for some reason he had to check with his service manager John Kan. I found it odd that they had to check with a manager about a deal they gave me over the phone. I found it very unusual that the service advisor did not have the deal ready for me after all they specifically chose to call me to offer me this deal. They later called me and offered to change the windshield wiper blades and the air cabin filter, not surprised by this. They also told me that my back wheels were spinning in an unadjusted manner - this seemed dangerous to me and they offered to clean and to adjust the breaks. This seemed a bit like a scam in that the car only has 19,500 miles. How does a car with 19,500 miles need this type of service when it is hardly ever driven. This should tell you a lot about the types of car that Toyota is making nowadays. Honda would never need this type of service. I got the service because the person seemed to suggest it was dangerous, but it felt like a scam in that a newer Toyota should not have this kind of issue. If the service center is trying to convince not to buy a Toyota in the future, good job guys! I'll probably switch to Honda.I went to pay my invoice and the advisor changed my service price to full price for the oil change and tire rotation $110.99. I told him what we agreed upon in the morning and he said he didn't recall the price from the morning and asked if I had a coupon. This is a Toyota dealership, how can they not recall the price that was agreed upon this morning and that they called me about. This was frustrating but I was patient about it. Then he adjusted my price to $89.99, I had to go back and forth with him until finally John Kan the service manager came back and said he needed to see a coupon. I then showed him the voicemail that I received from his representative and now magically he knows about the deal. I will never service my car at this Toyota again until he is gone. Before I call I am going to ask who the service manager is, if its John Kan I will not be going. After 30 minutes of Angelo and John wasting my time, they finally made an adjustment close enough to the right price. Here are the takeaways:- This service center is dishonest and unethical make sure you triple check the invoice- If the service department is unethical can you imagine the Sales department?- They will try to get you to add other services your car doesn't need, next time ask them for proof that you need the service.- Apparently Toyota doesn't make quality cars anymore because after 19,500 miles they need a break cleaning and adjustments.- Wondries does not honor service deals they send to you unless you have a coupon or you have some documentation. Apparently they cannot afford a decent customer service system to track what deals they are giving out to customers.- I would not trust John Kan as a service manager at any dealership. Make sure you call, and if he is working there you know you need to run to a different dealershipI always thought the service center was much more honest than the Sales department but apparently not at Wondries Toyota. Very disappointed. Thanks for wasting my time and nickling and diming me for a couple of bucks. Way to burn your customer service.UPDATE:I updated the review from 1 Star to 3 Stars. The Director of Services David called me to discuss the situation. He agreed to resolve the problem promptly by offering some services I had turned down. I was planning on doing these things myself, but I appreciate Wondries doing it for me. They saved me the trouble from buying the parts and installing it myself. I hope in the future John Kan who is a manager can remember the deals he is offering the customers. Customers don't have time for this or for games.

The best dealership I know, this has been my dealership for over 29 years. If you have a Toyota, go take your car to Todd Tamaki. He is the service manager and is honest.

I'm a little late on this, but I wanted to give big kudos to the Wondries Toyota Service Department.I own a 2019 Toyota Corolla Hatchback, and after about 45k miles, the clutch pedal suddenly lost pressure and I couldn't switch gears without the struggle of pumping, waiting, and hoping. Obviously, this is a major hazard on the freeway, and there were a couple of times were it got scary. I took it in to get it solved as soon as I could. This estimate on this fix was actually a huge cost, and let's just say that I was unprepared for how expensive it was. John Kan was the servicing manager that helped me walk through the process of talking to Toyota corporate to see if they could fix it under their drivetrain warranty. After many back and forths, Corporate decide as a "no" and that I'd pay completely out of pocket (even though a quick search will show that this incident is actually a bit of a common occurrence among 2019 Corolla hatchbacks). I thought to myself that this kind of mechanical failure was a design flaw at this early in my mileage, as I've been a manual driver for almost 30 years. Furthermore, a clutch issue this early in the game should be covered under the warranty- but as many corporations do, the little man has no recourse. It took a few days, but John and another manager (who's first name is "Success" I believe) were able to get this repaired at no cost to me, as a loyalty customer service (my family has been buying cars at wondries for about 3 decades now). They went above and beyond, regardless of what corporate headquarters was willing to do, and took it upon themselves to see that my car would be returned to me in like new condition. I'm grateful to them for saving me a giant cost. Thanks John and Success! It's people like you who make me loyal to Wondries Toyota.

Extremely busy and long lines when I got here. Would be better to set up an appointment. It took a while, but the employee that helped me was very nice and sociable.I left my car for service and went home and came back about four hours later to pick it up. No free Uber service like they used to. To pick up the car, go to the opposite side of the building in the service area. Someone will come over and ask for the paperwork so that they can go get the car. Very simple process, but just need to wait patiently.

Over the past five years, I have been a loyal customer of your dealership, and it is because of the consistently excellent customer service and honest pricing that I keep coming back. Kenneth, in particular, has been an absolute pleasure to work with. His dedication to ensuring a smooth and transparent process has made each visit a positive and stress-free one.

Wanted to charge me 200.00 to do a diagnostic test because my window wasn't working. Clearly was off the window track but still said I needed diagnostic test PLUS whatever It costs to fix it. They said I needed to wait approximately 4 hours. I declined and went to a nearby mechanic who fixed my car quickly by tightening up a loose bolt in the window and did not even charge me it was such an easy fix. I have very little faith in taking my car to the dealerships anymore, This particular Toyota dealership was in Alhambra and it was called Wondries Toyota and this one especially was out to rip me off. Sets up a bad name for Toyota because I will not be back to this dealership or maybe not any other Toyota dealership because of this incident of clearly trying to rip me off. Because of this dealership Toyota will probably lose a lifelong customer. My family and I have always bought our cars from Toyota but we have gone to Longo Toyota in El Monte. But from what I've heard, most dealerships do the same type of practice in taking advantage of people especially women. I saved myself several hundred dollars today and I will continue to take my car to my local mechanic.

The most disorganized service department I have experienced. We set appointments and both our cars still took more than 3 hours for a basic oil change. We had to show up to find out that our vehicles were in fact completed. They were probably sitting there for hours with no call back. The dealership also is pretty frugal considering they have no complimentary coffee for waiting customers. If you even look at a new car the aggressive salespeople are on you like honey. Never again!

This is the worst dealership you will want to go if you are looking to buy a new vehicle. They will lie to your face, add on whatever hidden markup price on you, get sales manager to trick you into thinking you're getting a good deal. It is the worst. See the pic of the Monroney label and nowhere on there states any markup on the vehicle yet they will hit you with a 10k markup once they seat you. This is very shady business practice and Toyota Motors need to rein in on this dealership.

They scratched my car in 3 places. When I contacted the main office about it-nothing happened. They escalated my problem to this terrible dealership. Why? You really think that I will return after terrible experience?!!!Also they changed the rear brakes, but in receipt they stated that they did change the front one. When I asked them-they confirmed that they changed the front. But I'm not blind(and 2 other mechanics too). You'll spend 3 hours there for oil change and 30 min for waiting the service advisor(even if you have an appointment). They spent 4 hours to find a nail in tire(that happened twice). I WOULD NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO ANYONE!!!TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE! This dealership should be closed!!! ASAP!I'm planning to fill a complaint to bureau.

Once again, the most infuriating experience of my life. The amount of buck passing in the service department is insane. I was passed around to 4 different people who all had no clue what to do, including the cashier. As soon as this car is payed off, I'm never going to buy a Toyoya again just because of this internal shit show. The 1 star is for Kanika, even though this was a huge waste of time and I was literally told by the cashier they can't help me because "the line is long", Kanika still exhibited great soft skills and client management skills, she's the only person worth anything at this dumpster fire.
