Love this location! This used to be our go-to Vans store when we were younger, I'm glad it's still here! My son loves Vans, and I needed to exchange some shoes I purchased online. The workers were friendly and very helpful. The return/exchange process went smoothly! The store was clean and fully stocked! Will definitely keep coming back here!

I came into the store to do a size exchange. The item was still brand new with tags attached. I brought in the gift receipt and original form of tender. I had the gift receipt as this was purchased as a gift and I didn't think the receipt would matter since I had the card I originally purchased it with. The sweater was originally purchased for $59.95 and it is now online for $39.95. I asked Felipe if he could price match the new sweater to the Vans website price of $39.95. He explained he could not because I did not have the original receipt and it did not say the original price. However on the exchange receipt I was given it clearly showed the original price of $59.95. I asked if I could return the original purchase and simply buy the new one price matched at the website price and he said no because my receipt did not show the original price. I worked in retail for five years as a Department Manager, that is an extremely ridiculous excuse. It's disappointing to know Vans associates would offer horrible customer service over $20. I would give zero stars if I could.

If you are thinking of using the custom design feature for shoes, be prepared to be frustrated. They have a policy in place that prevents using copyrighted materials, stock photography or logos ... OK, however their system for checking images just looks for images that are "like" something that can be found on the internet - not an exact match. 2 out of 4 orders that I placed for Christmas were rejected because of this. They were my images. After waiting for customer service to pick for 1/2 hour (twice), They wouldn't / couldn't show the image they found on line that caused mine to be rejected. Their only response was that I had to fill out a form which they were going to email to me showing that I did indeed own the image. The review process was supposed to take a week. They never emailed the form. I have followed up by email multiple times with no response. I don't want to spend anymore time waiting for customer service to pick up and do nothing. It is a great idea, but horrible execution.
