Do not come to this store. This store enjoys a good location but as a result couldn't care less about about being managed well. The employees there don't want to be there and seem like they're just working to save up to go to the next big concert. They are not trained properly and won't know how to do anything except opening a line. Customer service is non-existent. Don't be fooled by the five-star reviews which are probably just people opening lines and a robot could probably do. Sort by reviews by new and you'll see. Go to a different location!

They wont give you discounts like other Verizon stores does. Plus if you have an appointment with them, expect not to be seen. Its a first come first serve basis! Expect to wait for over an hour or MORE! There will only be 2 people working in that store. Last but not the least! MANAGER NEEDS TO LEARN BASIC ETIQUETTE!

Avoid this store at all costs. Jacqlyn Garcia especially. She lied to both my dad and I about a trade in promotion and assured that our monthly bill would be around 350 dollars. We leave the store thinking we got a good deal. Come to find out they charged us over 800 dollars the second month and when we called the store and spoke to the supervisor, she hung up on us in the middle of our conversation! When we talked to Jacqlyn, she was incredibly unhelpful and tried to justify the insane amount of money being charged to us by trying to convince us that they were late fees and payments we failed to make on our previous month. We were only with Verizon for 2 months because it was such an awful experience. These people are super unprofessional and Jacqlyn kept giggling when i returned to the store and asked her for help initially which was very annoying. We are talking serious business why do you keep joking around as if this situation is funny. In addition, their service sucks I barely had any good signal in most places and the monthly payments are outrageous for such shitty service. That's why I switched as soon as possible!!! If I could give zero stars I would.

I’ve always had a good experience at this Verizon store. I’ve had many reasons to stop by here in the past couple of years, and every employee I’ve dealt with has been helpful and competent.

If you come to this store, and Ryan the manager is there too, ask him for help. He is a nice guy. He won't let you down.

Avoid this store at all cost, These guys are crooks! borderline fraud going on here Took my father in law here to buy two replacement phones. We picked 2 lower end models and were ready to pay for them cash 1) store employee has us digitally sign some terms and conditions, never mentioning price or fees. After everything is signed, he mentions each line will have a $35 upgrade fee. Apparently you cant just purchase a phone with verizon and pop in your sim card without paying an additional $35 upgrade fee. sounds fishy to me, but we didn't want to deal with the hassle of going to another store so decide to move forward 2) its time to pay for the device, and they won't allow us to pay for the phones outright. We have to downpay 90% and pay the rest as an installment. Weird, but still not a huge inconvenience so we proceed 3) upon reviewing the charge items, we notice an addtional $20 per line fee from the store (never mentioned by the employee). So now the charge is $55 per line ($110 for two lines) just to buy a phone and pop in a sim card at this store. At this point we decide to cancel the deal and figure something else out. Why pay a $110 premium for the privilege of shopping at this independently owned and operated Verizon store that opened more than an hour later than their posted hours (a different story for a different time). 4) So we tell the employee that we want to cancel the deal, and he informs us that our 2 phones are now deactivated and the two new phones are activated. If he opens them then we will have an additional 15% restocking fee to return the phones. All in all, a horrible sales experience, and we walked out of the store in a worse situation than we walked in with two original phones that we now have to call in to verizon customer service to activate again. Totally unhelpful, borderline fraudulent, and just bad business practice here. Imagine the countless other customers that have paid for these charges without double checking.

Everyone knows going to deal with your cell phone is usually a painful and tedious process but I was pleasantly surprised when I came to upgrade phones for my daughters. Both Cesar and Jackie were super helpful, professional and very friendly. Cesar even went out of his way to drive to another Verizon store to pickup the phone for us. Greatly appreciate the high level of service they provided. Ask for them when you come to this store. You will not be disappointed.

Went to pick up a samsung phone since my iPhone totally died. Caesar helped me out and did such a great job. I ran into issues with moving data from the iPhone to my new Samsung and he made sure it happened, even calling his Samsung rep to troubleshoot. Absolutely amazing customer service. 10/10 would recommend

My trip to the Verizon store could not have been better. Caesar helped me, and he was one of the best managers I've ever encountered. He was so adept at his job, giving me all the information I needed, and saving me a ton of money. Jackie was also immensely helpful. I ended up upgrading everything on my iPhone, and the payment plan made it so easy. I really feel like the people here care, they worked so hard to confirm my account with corporate and get me squared away without having to do it all myself. I feel so grateful to have an expert to help you sort out all of these questions for free. I really can't exaggerate how helpful they were, it was like I had a team. Drive the extra miles to come here, it's well worth it!

This used to be the best store with the best management and staff they change management and the new male manager yelled at the Verizon call center employee that patched my call over to the store and got an attitude with me and just hung up in my face , and I really hope he is disciplined for it , I really wouldn’t recommend this store at all ????

Guy that was working yesterday around 7pm was super rude. Came in wanting to purchase a samsung and he did not want to help us or greet us. Some displays were missing and we never got helped. There was only 1 other customer in the store. Bought my phone somewhere else. This store seems to consistently be getting low reviews lately its clear they stopped caring.
