Went in for a technical question. The gentleman who helped me, his name is Joe. He looked into my account and tried his best to help me and helped me with my phone and fixed my account. I went from paying $135 on my old outdated plan. Joe helped me drop it to $95 for a better plan. Thanks Joe!

I also had a bad experience, trying to charge $39 to activate my new Galaxy watch. This is their job...to help the customer their device. Why have an accessory if you can't activate it without being price gouged. Verizon will continue getting paid their monthly activation service so why charge an activation fee? Plus being a Verizon customer for the last 20 years You would think they would have more loyalty to their customers. SMH

This store is a liar. I went to open an account and was told that the service would not work without inserting a card. Apple 13 does not require a card. They forced me to buy another card and then charged a service fee for setting up the mobile phone. They bullied me because I don’t know English. I want it. Go to the Consumer Association and sue him. Just wait. No one will care about this scam company.

This location made me give up on Verizon completely.I just switched to Verizon and got an iPhone 13 but it wouldn't activate.An accidental order for home internet also got placed. The home internet box was free but I called to cancel it right away, literally within minutes. Got a confirmation code and everything. Well they still sent it. Getting a return label to bring it to UPS myself has been a nightmare. So I traveled all the way down to this location since it is the nicer one close to me and it had good reviews. It still took me an hour to get here with my baby. When I came on Saturday it was just one worker in the store, no customers. This girl was everything wrong with modern work culture. She told me I couldn't return the box there. And that there were only two locations I could go to but didn't give me the address just the city, one had two in that city the other was hours away. She didn't give me a phone number either even when I told her I had tried to find one. I explained what was going on she just looked at me with a dead-eyed expression on her face. (Okay? You're standing to get paid at this rate kid can you work with me a tiny bit.) I asked her if she could at least activate my phone because it was having problems switching my number from a different carrier. She told me she couldn't do that either. And told me to call customer service. What I assume is her manager comes out. Says absolutely nothing to me just listens to this exchange, sees me obviously flustered, and they both look at me like two of the most soulless people working in customer service. I left and still haven't been able to actually talk to anyone in Verizon that can give me a label to return the home internet and the phone now. Absolutely over this!And just sayin but maybe both women should work a job with zero customer service at all it might help get that sour look off their faces.Negative star location.

I contacted Verizon customer service, and the representative informed me that she couldn't handle my request over the phone. After providing my zip code, she scheduled an appointment at a specific location. Upon arrival, the store employee said they couldn't assist in-store and directed me to either handle it over the phone or visit a corporate store. The inconsistency in guidance from employees within the same company was frustrating, and it resulted in a wasted day with no resolution. Additionally, the in-store experience lacked welcoming service.

It’s a scam store. Before I trade in my phone the sales told me my phone will trade $800. I only need pay $22.5 per month I can get iPhone 15pro max. So I ordered 15pro max in verizon Alhambra store. When I went to pick up my new phone the sales told me have to buy the new phone case and some stuff total is $430.99. They let me pay immediately. Then I trade in my old phone. When I received the October Bill I didn’t see my trade in phone credit.II paid $44.80. So I went to the store and asked them. They told me go back to wait until two month. If after two months I still didn’t see the credit I can go to store to check what happened. Then I waited until December. I still didn’t see the trade in credit.Then I went to the store again. This time they helped me do something in their computer. Then they told me you will see the credit this month. But when I received the Bill of December I saw the credit is only $2.77. That’s so horrible. So I went to the store. The same sales told me she doesn’t know what happened. Then her coworker told me my phone trade in is up to $800. Not $800. I said if only not enough $100 why I came to Verizon to trade in my phone? I can do it anywhere. So I called Verizon, Verizon said you have to talk wit

The sale persons here are not honest. Do not trust them. Do not take anything if they say for free. I took a internet box for free to home from them since they said it is free and return for free. But due to I found it's not easy for our family to switch internet carrier at this time, I bring back white internet box to return. Store staff said they will return to Verizon. But after two month Verizon charge me $200 for not return the device. I went back to store ask their staff, but their staff said they couldn't found that device, there is no record in their system. So that means I have to pay this $200 for the device that I do not possess. I will never be going back to this store. Beside, too many other bad experience with this store. I think I will never visit this store in my entire life. It's a cheating and dishonest store!!!!

The WORSE customer service ever! We entered the store. The employee had one customer. She doesn't look at us, doesn't greet us, doesn't ask us why we came in. Completely ignores us! We understand she was with a customer, but after 20 minutes, still no acknowledgement. Then finally, another 10 minutes passes, she asks us why we are in. We tell her we wanted to activate our new phones. She tells us, she can do it for us but will charge us $39, or...we can call directly to Verizon. Wow! She could have taken 2 minutes of her time when we came in, but nope. The worst customer service I have encountered! This definitely will make me contemplate switching phone carriers. I hope I don't have to go into another Verizon store again and have to deal with someone like her!

I've been a Verizon customer for many years and I've never been treated so kindly and seen such courtesy from an employee. Joe was so helpful with everything, he helped with getting my internet and when my phone had issues. He did everything he could to fix it before I decided to buy a new phone. Was very honest and showed me everything and I felt like I was being helped by a family member almost! Give him a raise please Verizon!

Pure scammers! Empty promises and lies. They will do anything for a sale. Go to a corporate store and not an authorized retailer. Still dealing with their billing issues from months ago. Even if this store is closest to you, drive further to a corporate store.
