I drove to the branch in hopes to get some help from a banker. The moment I stepped into the branch there was no one to greet me. I looked around and noticed there was a woman sitting on the right side at the very first cubicle. Since there was zero bankers at their desk besides this woman, I waited patiently in front of her cubicle. Not once did she look up. Since there were no other employees around (besides the 3 tellers at the window), I knocked on her cubicle to ask her a quick question. She finally looked up and asked me what do you need? I asked her if I could see a banker. She asked me if I had an appointment, which I told her no. So she said, then you need to go line up in the teller line and go put yourself in a waiting list. Then she turned away and continued doing her own thing without saying a word. So I lined up on the teller line, and finally when it was my turn, I asked to teller if I could see a banker, since I needed help with my accounts. He then asked me the same question, do you have an appointment? Again, I told him no. So he told me that he can put you on the waiting list and the wait time is 2 to 3 hours. So I looked around and pointed out to the teller... there are zero customers waiting in the lobby. He acknowledged that and told me, yes, I know. But since you don't have an appointment, then I need to put you on the waiting list. The wait time is 2 to 3 hours, so do you want me to or not. Or you can do it yourself and book an appointment online. The experience here was probably the worst I've ever experienced anywhere in a while. Employees seem unhappy, and very unhelpful. I understand, that they may be shortstaffed or something is probably going on. But they never took the time to find out what I needed help with, why I needed to see a banker, or even offered any options. I would not recommend going to this location.

I came in simply to close my account. Guess what? This location has no branch manager or bankers avaliable on Saturday. Only teller taking deposits and withdrawals. No reason no one wants to do business with them.

Our followup phone call from a week ago. My wife Connie and I. Connie " "I've had two payments taken out of my account, and no merchandise delivered. I called you, wells fargo, last week about this. You informed me that I would not have anymore money taken out of my account, from here forward. Of course, again this week, more money was taken, for no merchandise delivered. We were again made a promise that they would stop payment from here forward for that vendor, and maybe it will work. " I then get on the phone, Connies husband, to expedite the process, because my wife sometimes struggles with her english. I in turn ended up speaking to a supervisor, who was not happey speaking with someone who spoke and understand english very well. They transferred our call to claims department, again to start another claim. Again promising that they would stop payment for that vendor, but could not guarantee more money would not be taken out. For the life of me I could not understand why the bank could not stop someone from taking money out of her account knowing that this is a thief. So I asked what I thought was an appropriate question. Whose stealing money from my wife, the merchant or wells fargo? 'Parently they did not like that question. They spoke with Connie from there forward. I guess wells fargo is continuing to steal money from its patrons.

I didn't have a appointment I walked in to the Wells Fargo and the teller Maria Sandoval was very helpful, patient with myself! She was able to resolve my problem. From now on I'm booking every bank appointment with her, she speaks English and Spanish.

The skilled and accommodating tellers and bankers work diligently to assist customers, especially during less crowded hours. Unfortunately, there are no public restrooms on-site, so have your cards and IDs ready at the teller window, and refrain from folding cash to expedite the process. Service speed is generally good, but occasional delays may occur due to customer errors with PINs and instructions, so review your transaction before confirming. If you need assistance from a banker, scheduling an appointment is advisable given the high demand. It's best to avoid visiting during the first week of the month when the branch is busiest. For basic transactions, consider using the ATM, and if you have coins, ensure they are rolled when approaching the teller. Language capabilities may vary, so be prepared for the absence of translation services.

I don't normally go inside banks often but I had a wonderful experience with Vanessa today! Surprisingly there was no line at 11:30am on a Friday morning. I had gone to this branch the day before around 11am and there was quite a line with 1-2 bank tellers helping customers, but the line moved at a better pace than I expected. Unfortunately I had to leave within 30 minutes to go to work so I came back today. Vanessa noticed me right away and motioned me over to assist me with a withdrawal. She was bright, energetic and assisted me with my request promptly and thoroughly while we had a great conversation! She really went above and beyond in providing great customer service and is just an outstanding human being. Thanks for making my day! In conclusion, from reading other reviews too, if you plan to go to this bank, definitely expect a wait and arrive with some extra time on hand.

The line is backed up outside the door and they have the audacity to only have 2 tellers working. These two tellers hold the the line even more by engaging in ongoing conversations with customers about holidays, their families, etc. Have some respect for the other customers and keep the line moving. The other tellers working here walking around doing nothing. Disgusting. Last time I come here.

ZERO starts for this bank!!! Friday 3 pm and the line was all the way to the front entrance! With ONLY one teller open!!!! Waited and asked if they had another teller to help with the big line. I was just given a No answer by a female employee! Worse bank ever! Went to Chase across the street and I was in and out quick.

Horrible service, over 20 people in the line, and there's only one person at the teller. Managers in the office are not taking care of any of us. This place seriously needs help. I already sent an email to the HQ and hope they can do something. Glad to see all the bad reviews here.

This branch seriously needs help. The line is SUPER long. There's only ONE teller. It's SATURDAY 11 am. Usually weekends are busy because most people are off work. Yes, being short staffed I understand. But reading the reviews, they've been short staffed for a while. Wells Fargo is a big branch, there's no possible way to ask other branches of Wells Fargo for help? Chase does this when they're short staffed. I feel bad for the single employee too. People get upset at them for no reason when it's not even their fault at all. Blame management and their branch. The employee has no say in anything. So please be kind to them. They're going as fast as they can.If you're short staff for so long- look at hiring agency's to help you. I've seen them and it's actually a lot of people. If they don't have experience, you need to train them. Everyone starts somewhere. It's so frustrating coming here but it's so close to me. But now, I'm willing to drive the extra mile or two to another branch. I'm probably never coming back here.

This branch is the worst I have ever seen! I am really thinking about leaving! They are always under staffed and there is always a huge line! Like this is not rocket science either you are depositing money, getting quarters or getting money! But it takes about 12-15 min to help a customer! I go once a month to get quarters and it always takes me and an hr to get the damn quarters! They should shut this location down cause it's miserable! Go anywhere else!! Run far far away from this place, unless you want to spend your entire afternoon waiting on line! Pathetic!

It's after a big holiday. I get it. But 40 people in line with 3 tellers is just stupid. Not to mention you have Mr. Greeter asking what I'm doing here......and what purpose. Maybe you should go behind the bullet proof glass and help your co-workers out and knock out some these retail customers....For the love of god this isn't rocket science.....

I live out of town, so I don't normally frequent this branch. I made an appointment online at this branch a month before coming home to visit my parents because I have some bank matters that I need to settle that require my dad being present as well. The day before my appointment, the banker called me and told me she doesn't work on Saturdays, so she cannot assist me and there's no other banker who can assist me. I don't understand why this wasn't communicated farther in advance given I had made this appointment over a month ago. If they had told me earlier, I could have made another appointment at a different branch. I've never experienced such a lack in professionalism from a bank branch before.

I'm so happy I'm not a Wells Fargo customer but my fiancée is so we had to come to this location to get a cashier check. They only allow certain number of guest inside so chances are, you'll have to wait outside in line basically like the first month's of covid lockdown. They have 2 ATM in the front near the door but there no privacy so people waiting in line at the front will see what you're doing. They need a better system here to handle the customer inside the bank like a virtual check in or appointment to make things more efficient.
