Last weekend before meeting up with my Mom and my brothers + their family for an early 2024 Lunar New Year celebration lunch, I needed to get some new money for the red envelopes. There aren't very many Wells Fargo Banks (WFB) that are open on Saturdays in the San Gabriel Valley (SGV) area. Fortunately, I found this one right in Alhambra. Yes, I do drive all around SGV for good eats plus banking needs LOL. The outside has two ATMs available for use. The inside was clean and well kept. Upon my entry, there were a couple customers already at the teller station and no one was in line, but me. I was up next... cool! Just a tip, if possible, go to the bank when it opens and right before it closes so you don't have to wait in line for too long. The bank teller who assisted me was very nice. I asked for new $20 bills... she didn't have any, but she had new $5 bills so that's what I got. I should have gotten the whole stack of $500 worth of new $5 bills for future Lunar New Year gifts and/or any celebration red envelope gifts, but I didn't. Oh well... maybe next time. My bank visit was very quick. Got my money and I was on my way. Now that I know this WFB is here, I'll be back for sure. Thank you! P.S. This WFB is right around the corner or so from Jollibee and Tony's BBQ... nice!

This review is not for any bank employees. I do Instacart so I mostly shop at the Smart & Final next to this Wells Fargo, and also Sprouts, which is a short distance away. When you do Instacart you park and wait for orders. Anyways, I have been being starred at by the cleaning lady that arrives after hours for a few days. Yesterday she told me that she was calling the police because I've been " following her from bank to bank. " Oh, really ? I didn't know that banks give their cleaning people the combination to the vault, and that's why they're so cautious. Or maybe she thought I wanted to get in to steal a few boxes of facial tissue on their employees desks. I don't know. This woman is a Hispanic Karen and calling the police for no reason can have consequences, not only for her, but for Wells Fargo as well. I would love to get a response to this message so I can meet an employee at the branch and walk over to Smart & Final so any of their employees can verify that I shop their practically every day. Please reach out to make that happen and I will delete this review. And by the way, I'm also a Wells Fargo customer. Update 9/28/23. Yesterday I was shopping at Sprouts and when I exited with groceries in hand, this idiot was near my car talking to the police. Albeit, I was parked in the Bank of America parking after closing time, as many people do. I was practically interrogated by Alhambra PD, one hero officer in particular, and I had to explain why I was parked near Smart & Final, which have no designated parking and where this person started harassing me by waving he fingers at me and giving me dirty looks on several occasions before she accused me of following her from bank to bank. I never even knew she also worked at BOfA till I came out of Sprouts and saw her talking to the police, who she had obviously called. Yet I'm following her. If she's dillusional, why is that my fault ? After being interrogated and harassed by one officer who insisted that I was following her, I was asked for my license and then released after they verified that I had a clean record and I proved to them what I was really doing. WORKING ! Not stalking a woman that I had never noticed till she made me get HER ATTENTION. Some people, Alhambra PD in this instance, always believe women, because their vulnerable women, I guess. This has been a very uncomfortable and unnerving situation, to say the least. UNBELIEVABLE !!!!!!!!

Came here with a cashed check that the other bank didn’t want to take and they said a $100 dollar bill was fake and never responded back to me after months later with me asking them about the bill. That check I had to cash at the Citibank on Atlantic blvd. And they said everything was okay.

No stars should be an option. I am working on my mother's estate. as administrator, and Wells Fargo will not grant access the funds for someone who passed more than two months ago. I had an appointment and have now been waiting over an hour and a half for them to disperse the funds. Now they claim they can only disperse 1/3 because I have other siblings, . So they each need to go to into a branch to receive a portion?!?

its amazing how the customer service changes from branches. I've been going to the main & Raymond ave for 4 years. This is the first time I've received poor customer service. Even after Wells Fargo took of advantage of my spanish speaking mother and opened 4 accounts for them to make numbers and commission i still stayed with them. I am very disappointed, This branch needs some training. The manager did not seem to care of even try to find a solution to the problem. I've been in Customer service for the last 22 years, one thing you don't do is let a customer leave unhappy.

This review is for the business account associate - Ms Jennifer Gallo who refused to open a business bank account for my dad because he doesn't speak English, which is totally racist. She said exactly" We cannot serve people who doesn't speak English". She refused to provide any help because she lied right in front of our face that they cannot serve people who doesn't speak English?! Are you serious? We called other branch and confirmed there is a translator line plus there is someone to translate for my father. If you don't want to work or provide any help, you can basically quite your job and go somewhere else. Other than that, SHE IS RUDE, CARELESS and ARROGANT.She doesn't even care if we report her or not, plus she looks down on asians which you are working in a 626 area. lolFeel free to contact me, so I can speak with anyone who can further assist me.

This wells fargo have 9 teller windows. But only have 2 tellers. And they moving like sloth. Place is clean and stuff but how they manage and their strategy is not good. Even its not rush hour.. i wonder what it looks like when its rush hour. Customers kept piling because of this.. hope that they manage this branch better. Simple cashing a check makes the process time twice as much. Smh. Its not even busy day.
