I have been happy with their service for the 20 some odd years I have been a customer but was disappointed with my last visit. I got my brakes and rotors replaced 2.5 years ago and had to go back a month later because there was an enormous amount of brake dust being produced and I didn't know if it was ever going to stop. They replaced the pads with a different brand and all was well. About a month later a squeak developed on, I think, one of the back disc brakes when backing out of my garage. It happened most but not all the time until some time later it happened all the time and it got louder. Two years later I returned and complained about the noise but was told the warranty was expired. I returned a few week ago because the noise finally got to me because it was happening almost every time I braked in reverse. They put it on the rack but had no solution but to offer another expensive brake job.

They charged me $1,000 for a crankshaft pulley replacement. Repairpal says it should've been $700.

Bought my Jeep here for a service, did a great job at a reasonable price. The tall guy with glasses was very helpful and friendly. Agreed to come back the week after to have them do some work.Arrived the week after and now a guy called either Mario/Marco had a different approach. He was short, flippant and just seemed like he had zero interest in the day whatsoever.I told him what had been discussed with the guy the week before, he was condescending and annoying to deal with. When I mentioned that I would like an explanation of what will be done before I hand over my keys and money and that also seemed to annoy him. It was genuinely like he expected to just be given money for nothing. Very weird.Anyway, let’s talk about the quote price I received (begrudgingly I add). I was told that it was a cam shaft issue and that it would cost me around $3400. At no point did he read anything, look at a computer. But magically that number came into his head. (*The online nationwide estimate for this is $1000-$2200)Without another option, I had to sort of agree to which he replied “that’s for one side, you need the other side done. It’s double that”.Anyway, I basically said ok to it but that I’d come back later….. I walked outside and went right next door instead. I had them quote me for the same work and it was literally half the price and to the same standard.I’ll never return here, it’s that simple. Judging by how they answer criticism on here, they don’t have the emotional intelligence to just do and be better. Instead, it seems they have a hot head answering and trying to be dismissive of their own failings rather than improve.Sorry to that one guy at first as you were genuinely helpful ??♂️

Ryan was an angel who immediately noticed a nail in my tire. I could have had a huge issue driving, and he quite possibly saved me from an accident. Most helpful and kind staff. Will forever be a client.

These guys are always professional. Same people with very little turnover, so you can count on the same guys working on your vehicle.

Gabe and his mechanics did a great job taking car of us on short notice for a pre purchase vehicle inspection. Service was quick and outstanding they found some minor issues that needed to be addressed by the dealership and made us feel very confident in purchasing the vehicle. Highly recommend.

Recently had some breaks and rotors replaced here and the I must say overall the service was great. The staff was friendly and seemed to be trust worthy (hard to find a trusting mechanic) , the rates were fair and the time for completion wasn't bad at all. Been driving the car now for a month since the visit and have not had any issues yet. I plan to visit again for future car services and hopefully will be as good experience as it was the first time.

Long story short, these people wanted to charge me over $400 to diagnose an issue with a cylinder misfire. A friend told me the codes they provided me didn’t add up with their suggested actions, and recommended I take it to ascent automotive in Lake Forest. There, the whole issue was fixed for about $300 (including parts+labor). Furthermore, the mechanics at ascent told me the tear down they wanted to do here was wholly unnecessary. Most of us cannot understand the intricacies of a modern vehicle, and so we have to trust our mechanic is being honest. I would not recommend placing your trust here.
