Beautiful setting , Sub par appetizers, $17 wines, and they take your drink when you go to the bathroom. Can do better for the price. Potstickers were inedible, same with the empanadas. Sliders were ruined with too much thousand island dressing.

Been wanting to play this place for 15 years. Finally do and the grass in the fairways is matted like a street dog, the bunkers are being renovated with no sand and the crab grass makes you want to quit the round. I've never seen fairways in this shape...woooow. Some great views!

I recently played in a tournament at this course and was very disappointed to see that the course is presently undergoing an extensive bunker renovation project. Nothing wrong with upgrading the course and improving their bunkers, but not on my time and not on my dime. I paid over $100 to play 9 holes when almost 1/2 the holes were essentially unplayable, being converted into rather ridiculous short par 3 holes. I didn't realize I was paying to play a temporary executive course.
To make matters worse, a group of 8 people were standing on the green on one of the holes under construction and didn't mind COMPLETELY BLOCKING the cart path with the 4-5 golf carts they rode in on to observe some of the bunker work taking place (with a big tractor in the bunker with 2 guys trying to work). (Tractors in a number of the bunkers on multiple holes while we're trying to play.) This group of 8 didn't mind talking loudly while my group played the "hole." They were extremely inconsiderate of us trying to play on the non-existent "temporary green," which was really just fairway with a flag inserted. When it was time for my group to depart, my cart partner had to drive up a steep slope to go around their carts. I got out of the cart, fearing for my safety as I was concerned that the cart could potentially roll given the steepness of the slope. This group's lack of courtesy left me extremely disappointed as they took our money and gave us a bunch of construction in return. Had I known about the construction, I would have kept my money and played the course, if given the opportunity, in the future once their renovation has been completed.

My wife and I recently had our wedding at this venue. The whole property is absolutely gorgeous to say the least. It made for such beautiful ceremony and photoshoot scenery. All of our guests would agree! The only issue we had is that the venue rules were a bit too strict and created many obstacles for us to make the perfect wedding. It did all work out in the end, but there were in my opinion many extra and senseless challenges along the way. The day of went very smoothly however and therefore, I am left with a mostly positive total experience.

I had the pleasure of officiating a wedding yesterday at the club, along with my keyboard accompanist, Andy Howe (Debbie Reynolds, Eartha Kitt, Ed Ames).On the drive back north, we both remarked how attractive the facility and its appointments are... ( The two of us have way more years of appearing in these venues than we might care to admit to!)The staff we worked with, particularly the lead person, Mackenzie Inderwiesche, the Club's Private Events Coordinator , could not have more helpful or efficient, from our first contact by email months ago, to the end of our stay there.(Mackenzie and another staff member are in the accompanying photos.)Everything ran very smoothly.Kudos to all!

The employee named Jeje was very friendly and made the golf course stand out even more. I clicked on the public golf course on Google Maps and looked for it, but it was not a public golf course so I had to turn around and leave without being able to join. At that time, the employee named Jeje also introduced me to a nearby public golf course and made a reservation directly. Even Jo In called me on my behalf. I am thankful that I was able to play golf today happily thanks to Jeze.

we visited this country club for a wedding of a close friend of ours last month. i'm not sure the name of the wedding planning company that they used but this was the venue we were at for the outdoor ceremony and we used the inside of the building for the reception afterwards. i would definitely note that the drinks, appetizers and food were each delicious. the staff who was working throughout the night were all very kind and professional as well. the parking lot is huge and the scenery is also very nice inside and out. i truly enjoyed coming here to be able to enjoy a wedding and everything was top of the line.

We just finished 4 separate events at AVCC for a ministry outreach and everything went absolutely perfect. Mackenzie and Claire were great to work with and really delivered on everything we had planned. The room was beautifully set up, the food, bar and service staff were all top notch. I would strongly recommend AVCC as a venue if you are considering hosting and event or meeting.

Highly Recommend AVCC I hosted a bridal shower at the club. Such a beautiful setting looking out at the golf course! The service on the day was amazing. Everyone was so accommodating and helpful, and the the food was great, too! Mackenzie was responsive, and she made the planning of the shower easy and fun.

We loved having Aliso Viejo Country Club as the venue for our micro-wedding! The golf course is absolutely gorgeous, I can't believe I grew up in Southern California without ever realizing this beautiful country club was nearby. The event coordinator Mackenzie was particularly amazing. She was incredibly organized, personable, and just generally a ray of sunshine during the event planning process! The food during our reception was also delicious, as reported to us by several of our guests! I am so grateful to all of the AVCC staff for working so hard to make my wedding day so beautiful. Highly recommend this venue to any prospective brides or grooms!
