5 stars to the store reps at the ATT store at the Aliso Viejo town center. They were very polite and professional. They were able to answer our questions about the concerns we had about our account.

I want to give this location (Town Center) my 5 ⭐️ and Brandon (really nice guy) helped me get back my service after a rough morning with AT&T service and customer service.
He gave me the full explanation of what happened. By the way, he is a fan and he loves fútbol ? (soccer) like I do. It's a shame that Boca Jr. likes him.??

Jesus was the gentleman who helped me at the Aliso Viejo location with the purchase of my iPhone 14 and transfer of my service from my previous iPhone. He is not only incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, but also very nice to work with. He's extremely professional and very patient with the customers. He made sure all the data was correctly switched over to the new device and that service was operating on my new phone before I left the store. He's a great asset to the store and to the company. He gives AT&T a great name. I noticed all the people at this location are very helpful.

I have visited this store many times, and as of late the customer service is horrible. I once was given a manager's phone number (as they are seldom on site) to call. He said all the right things, but after my current experience I sent him a text and did not receive a response. Of course, I am able to see he had read the text. I have no clue if the rep even gave me the right number. I called the store today (2 days later) to ask to speak to manager.No manager at the store. No wonder the employees are rude, condescending, and change their stories. I went to a different store, and received excellent care and purchased my new phone from them. Customer service training should be amped up for this shop. I will only return if the reps are no longer at this store. Such a waste of my time.

Outstanding customer service! Phayton was incredibly helpful and efficient, exceeding my expectations. Despite being late for an appointment, I was pleasantly surprised to find that I could leave for it sooner than anticipated, thanks to the swift assistance received.

This store is one of the biggest reasons why I switched from AT&T to Verizon last year! I was a happy AT&T customer for years, until they decided to focus more on mergers with Warner Brothers than their core cellular phone service.I watched as the years went by that my coverage was getting worse while my rates were going up. I felt that I was paying far more for substandard service than I was getting in return, so I visited my local AT&T store in Aliso Viejo.Not only did the employees really not care at all, but when I told them I was getting fed up with my cellular service with AT&T, one of the employees firmly told me to switch to either Verizon or T Mobile.I did exactly that. I went to the local Verizon store who not only helped my family completely pay off my family's phones to AT&T, but also to get me and my family far better service at a much better price thanks to the discounts for my wife's company.AT&T is a lost cause these days, and a shell of their former self, they have lost a LOT of customers to both Verizon and T-Mobile and I can see why their stock has been dropping like a rock lately.I have talked to people who visit this store in Aliso Viejo and I can tell you that a lot of this store's employees either look bored or really don't care anymore. That's how you lose customers!!!! So long AT&T, my family won't be coming back at all.

Do not come here they steal! The workers stole my bag and wouldn't show me the security videos and acted like they didn't know what happened but other people have said the same thing so it's obvious the workers are just broke thieves.

Went to store with iPhone that I have had for years that stopped working intermittently with -- no SIM card error. Staff greeted me when entering an immediately ask how they could help me. I told them my problem, they assigned a technician, and my phone was fixed in a few minutes. Quick, easy, and very efficient. Great job. I'm a happy customer.
