This branch not business friendly. Manager Natalie rude and condescending. Refused cash partner LLC check something they did 2 weeks ago. Inconsistent protocols decisions contingent upon which manager is on duty . Natalie should be terminated immediately definitely not asset to BOA. What happen to customers come first? Take your business elsewhere. We will be closing our account andconsolidate all of business with Chase Bank thar is both business friendly and customer centric

Just like many of the other 1 star reviews, I've had similar issues. 1. This branch is understaffed. 2. Customer service is horrible. 3. The lady greeting customers at the front kiosk tries to send everyone to the B of A App. 4. The Senior Banker (Mahsha Khademi) treats you like a number and not a customer. 5. Definitely not a hometown bank feeling. As a B of A customer for over 30 years, this is the first time I'm considering switching to another bank.

Always poor service and no follow-through when talking with bankers about business needs. Small business owners should try a small regional or local bank.

I went to this bank on Saturday and was pleasantly surprised. This branch is so well designed and everyone is helpful and professional. Big thanks to Farimah(I hope I spelled her name correctly, lol).She helped me to order my debit card and gave me some information about the BOA app, Zelle, and Apple Pay.She was pleasant, efficient, and knowledgeable.Please continue your excellent work!

Had trouble with their atm today, my card got captured while i was making a withdrawal. Natalie and adam helped me out natalie was at reception and adam was the tech guy. Adam helped me to use my digital card while i didn't have my actual card. Adam was great really appreciated it keep up the great work

This is the least personal and worst branch I have ever visited. I feel like I'm in the DMV when I go in there and everyone is trying to push off work or ignore you. Maybe it is because it is a smaller center but I would not recommend going here for any reason if you have Bank of America. You will be very disappointed. All the staff make up excuses for how they can't help you at that time. I would give 0 stars.

Worst bank with the worst employees. They don't know their own products and gave misleading and incorrect information. Moving my business elsewhere because the lack of customer privacy and keeping my accounts safe in the hands of these employees I do not trust!!

Simply awful bank!! The people that work here are useless or they simply don’t care. If you get stuck with Mahsa or the business banker, just walk away and save yourself the headache. Other than the ATM, there is no reason to go to this place.

Horrible long wait inside, only 1 teller and 6 customers. Everyone is nice bur to slow and not enough people working. Also, ATM machine is faulty and did not register my cash deposit, after waiting inside for almost 30 minutes I had to call 800 number and wait for another 15 minutes to resolve issue. I would not recommend this location.

Worst bank ever! We openned a new business account and they messed up with my other business account that caused it to be deactivated. Then force me to come to the bank to reactivate it!!!! They don't even give me access to my own money and saying it might take days before I see my money again!!!! WHY?!?!?!

I've Been with this bank over five years , they have best customer service, high security, i go to the branch in crown valley, they are very nice and welcoming.

Hopefully management sees this. I've been coming here for over a year and there's no organization. I have a business account and usually prefer the business line, since I have many deposits. However, they do not service the business line nor have direction to tell you to use the main line. The wait is longer than necessary and they don't even know whos in line first to service the clients. If I'm lucky, there's no line and I can get out. Otherwise, it's a long wait of over 20 minutes or more bc there's no order to business and consumer lines.

multiple phone calls during the afternoon during normal business hours were unsuccessful to reach a live agent/operator. The phone number I called is from google map. Ends in -1885. Saving grace is that someone is here. But you can’t know unless you show up in person. I needed notary service. But they are busy, so they reimbursed for the $15 notary fee at UPS store. Good!

One of the worst banks in the county! They will have long lines yet only have 2 tellers open. The wait time is always long and they are very unprofessional. Management needs to do a better job at staffing here!
