poor customer service on chat for order update information with one rep actually telling me to purchase product from someone else.

I placed an order and never received it. I reached out to the company multiple times over many different platforms to get a resolution and they never bothered to get back to me.

Terrible customer service I sent back product last month and still have not been credited to my account and they will not transfer me over to a supervisor.
