The team is exceptionally communicative. I chose to purchase an aftermarket front bumper, and not only did they expertly repair all the original OEM components, but they also installed the new bumper and color matched it for me. Throughout the process, they responded promptly to every question I had and even offered advice to help me select the right aftermarket part.
Brendan, James, and Mary were all wonderfully kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring – they made the whole process seamless and very clear to me.

“After getting several quotes from different places with prices that felt outrageous, I came to Fix it Auto in Lake Forest and immediately felt the difference. One of the owners (Travis) was very personable and a straight shooter, no BS about what actually needed to be done. The quote wasn't suspiciously cheap, but it was fair, reasonable and felt appropriate for the repair. He was honest and upfront. The turn around time was fast. Drop off in the morning and ready by end of day!
The front desk staff was friendly, and the rest of the team was just as nice. The environment felt comfortable and professional, not like a place trying to make a quick buck. It's refreshing to find a shop that values honesty and quality work, which is hard to come by these days. I will definitely be coming back and referring others. “I took my 2014 Mini Countrymen in to Maaco, Lake Forest to have it painted because the factory clear coat had pealed significantly on the hood and right side of the car. They painted the entire car (except for the roof) with the original metallic dark green color. The job they did was exceptional. They also polished the headlight lens without being asked. I could not be more pleased. I would recommend Maaco, Lake Forest to anyone who is looking to have their car painted.”

“As always, A-Z Tech Automotive exceeded my expectations in my recent service. I blew a tire on the freeway after I hit an object in my lane. After having my spare installed on my car, I drove straight to A-Z Tech late on a Friday afternoon. Amir was there to take my car in, and had already arranged for me to rent a car at Enterprise. The service I received during this whole ordeal surpassed my expectations. My car was inspected to make sure there was no other damage to the undercarriage of my car, and 2 new tires were installed along with a tire alignment. A-Z Tech is trustworthy and beyond professional.”

“After research it was suggested I get my car repaired at San Juan Capistrano location and they are worth the drive. I came from LA for repairs this time. Someone backed into my car on thanksgiving. Kevin and his team are incredible! Efficient, friendly and reputable.
I had to get a rental this time and Robert assisted me with that. Very easy process.
Few years ago someone clipped me on the freeway with extensive damages to my driver side and Kevin assisted me back then as well. I drove from IE - San Bernardino that time.
