“We had the best experience with bumper buddies! Very fair pricing. Ron was extremely professional and fixed a few dents located on a tricky spot of the car - they came out perfectly. My 4 year old son was out there chatting it up with him the whole time and Ron was so friendly and patient with him :)!!! Highly recommend!”

“I bought my Camry from this dealership two years ago and they have always been courteous, taking good care of my car and me, arranging service appointments when it is convenient for me, and with a lovely waiting area to relax and/or work while my car is being maintained, or a shuttle if I need it. I like that I can get my car washed there whenever I choose, and particularly like the friendliness and professionalism of this dealership”

“I’m very happy with my experience at CARSTAR Lake Forest. From the first call to drop off my car, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. One thing I really appreciated was how responsive the team was. Whenever I had a question, they got back to me quickly and kept me informed throughout the repair process, so I always knew what to expect. The paint work turned out beautifully. The finish is smooth, the color match is spot on, and you can’t even tell the car was repaired. The craftsmanship and attention to detail really exceeded my expectations. Another thing that stood out was that they stayed on schedule and had my car ready within the timeframe they originally gave me. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend CARSTAR Lake Forest to anyone looking for paint or collision repairs. Thanks to the whole team for making the experience so easy.”

“Caliber Collision San Clemente is one of the few businesses I have come across recently that really operates like a caring local business. I accidentally backed into a post and had minor damage to my rear bumper, the reflector was popped out as well as part of my rear passenger side bumper, and color from the post had transfered onto the car. Daniel and Ruben were SO helpful, kind and responsive to help me out. They secured the bumper and reflector and polished out the color damage. All in about 15-20 minutes. I cannot recommend this shop and these guys enough. Thank you!!!!”

“I took my 2014 Mini Countrymen in to Maaco, Lake Forest to have it painted because the factory clear coat had pealed significantly on the hood and right side of the car. They painted the entire car (except for the roof) with the original metallic dark green color. The job they did was exceptional. They also polished the headlight lens without being asked. I could not be more pleased. I would recommend Maaco, Lake Forest to anyone who is looking to have their car painted.”

“I’m not very knowledgeable about auto mechanics and intend to seek help from a trustworthy and nearby place. I have an old Mercedes (C230, 2004, 43k miles) with the “Check engine” light on. Since it’s primarily used for dropping off and picking up my son, I decided to seek help immediately. Initially, I chose a Euro Car Doctor closest to my place, but they turned me down. They wasted my time and emotions by giving me no hope and insisting that my car’s engine harness part must be replaced. They even claimed that the part couldn’t be found anywhere in the country. I was shocked but still had little hope, so I decided to take matters into my own hands and started a project. I sent messages out on Yelp asking if any shop could help, and Mike responded! I was still skeptical because I felt that what Euro Car Doctor had warned me about could be true. However, I decided to go the fair route. I disclosed all my concerns to Mike, and he simply responded in a firm tone that his team could help. I visited BMB RhineTrade, feeling scared and uncertain. But I saw some positive signs. The place was packed, which made me think that it might take weeks for my car to be worked on. However, everything was incredibly straightforward and easy. It was almost as if he read my mind. He met with me, looked through the diagnostic report found by Euro Car Doctor, offered a loaner, and got back to me within hours with a full repair report and an approximate cost. To my surprise, my car didn’t need an engine harness replacement after all. And it was fixed within 2 days! Other than that, Mike was patient and let us ask questions. He convinced us from the point that I was desperate to get rid of my old Mercedes because I thought it couldn’t be repaired to the point where I realized that my car is worth maintaining and still has a long life ahead of it! Thank you, Mike and BMB Rhinetrade team, for helping me. I know I had to pay for your service, but I still want to send my appreciation note. Your service not only exceeded our expectations, but what you’ve done should be learned by other services all around. There are so many ways to communicate with your peers and clients to provide solutions or let them leave feeling regretful. I am more than delighted and have fallen in love with my car all over again!”

“I am beyond grateful for the support and professionalism shown to me by the whole team at Coastline Collision Center. It was my first time here today—as soon as I arrived, I was greeted right away by Nestor who came out and looked at my car. Nestor gave me honest feedback and recommendations and took my car out back to fix the problem on the spot. He was very reassuring and kind—He essentially transformed my whole experience from something that could have been stressful to a happy and quick resolution. I was extremely impressed by the congeniality and outstanding customer service by Michael, the manager at Coastline. He’s attentive, upbeat, and a great communicator. He’s the first one I spoke with when I called earlier in the day. The Tech who worked on my car, Sermin, was extremely skilled at fixing the paint, reflector, and scrapes from a collision I narrowly avoided yesterday from someone crossing illegally over three lanes on a surface street going perpendicular to the flow of traffic. The before and after that Sermin was able to achieve was remarkable. This guy is an artist: I was in and out of there in under an hour!!! I will be highly recommending Coastline Collision Center to everyone I know.”

“Joshua and the team at SSR did an AMAZING job with my e53 amg stage 1 tune. The car drives way better in all modes and way more power and smoother - noticeably in sport+ mode as it was jerky at times with stock mapping. Turbo lag is almost nonexistent and car is way more fun to drive. Going to them in the future for stage 2 and all other modifications! Couldn’t be happier or recommend them any more!”

“I recently brought my older Ford F-150 to Maaco Laguna Niguel. The roof and hood had been severely damaged from years of sun exposure and were in rough shape. I shopped around and received several estimates from body shops, and the prices were astronomical for the work I needed done. After speaking with Janelle, the owner, I immediately felt comfortable moving forward. She was incredibly helpful, honest, and provided some of the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. It’s refreshing to find a business that genuinely cares about its customers and stands behind its work. Not only did they completely transform the roof and hood, but I also had a few additional repairs and paint work done while the truck was there. The quality exceeded my expectations, and the price was more than fair. My truck looks years newer, and I couldn’t be happier with the final result. If you’re looking for quality work, fair pricing, and exceptional customer service, I highly recommend Maaco Laguna Niguel. Janelle and her team earned a customer for life.”
