Way too expensive!! Haven’t been here in a while and now I remember why. Burrito was $10 and it’s a good size so that’s fine but $2.80 for a small scoop of guacamole?? Also $3.10 for a small soda that you prefilled with 75% ice?? Come on man stop short changing customers. Another thing on kids meal I got chicken and they had a slightly spicy sauce on the chicken which for an adult totally fine but my 4 yr old isn’t going to eat that I thought you were doing just plain grilled chicken and can you also cut the quesadilla? It’s for a little kid. Read the room and proactively make it more convenient for the parent and the child dude! They were nice enough but just not considerate and gouging on prices. Won’t go here again for these reasons

I came here because chipotle is my favorite restaurant I even used to work at a chipotle in the Midwest and know my way of asking… the only downside on this visit was that I had specifically asked for my daughters food to be charged as two sides and “Mary” the co worker was not listening and wanted to charge me as a full bowl, she also kept going back and fourth with my food to the take out station when she could of just re filled the chicken, I also got cut in line and she was not nice enough to tell the people behind me sorry for the way I had even told them they can cut me, when I told her to please charge me as two sides because my daughter only wanted meat and rice ? she Hesistated and had a nervous smerk of unlikeliest towards me, I really don’t appreciate Mary’s attitude and her customer service on this day and this specific location.

Brown rice tasted like plastic and wasn't properly cooked. Portion sizes in the bowl is literally a disappointment especially when you get half-half meats. I think this is my last time eating at chipotle.

Thursday 5 o'clock. They out of everything..they are on the phone, nobody's working. The manager should be fired. 20 min to get food.

I have to remember not to come back to this Chipotle. Terrible customer service. Just a horrible experience. I was soo upset I went and returned the food. I will not be back.

Very clean location, but the service is very slow. Took 10 minutes to get served with three people ahead of me. Poorly managed location!

I just moved to Cali from WA State and this by far was the best experience on the first day of our move. The food is absolutely delicious and fresh. And the staff is incredibly professional and welcoming. My cashier was Miguel, by far the best customer service I have ever received at any food place. He was very patient while my young children were ordering and also helpful in ordering. And than Eric and Oscar are two other great employees (one of them is the chef) who also gave us a warm welcome to Cali. The food was so good I asked who the chef was and than Miguel introduced me to them. My kids felt so comfortable and started saying is everyone so nice and friendly in Cali :) I believe having amazing people like Miguel, Oscar & Eric is what makes a business thrive and creates long lasting customers so kudos to all three of them Miguel, Oscar & Eric for such an amazing experience!It's a great location, open late, lots of parking in front, fresh and mouth watering food and above all great customer service. I am a regular now and hooked to this awesome Chipotle location :)Vegetarian options: Lots of options to choose fromKid-friendliness: Very helpful and patientParking: Plenty of Parking right in front of the business
