Shane, (I think that is his name?) is awful. POOR customer service. He must not realize that customers are the reason he has a job. It was as if I was asking him to take a half an hour out of his time to answer a couple questions, when I actually only needed less than 60-90 seconds is his precious time. You are a pharmacist, not a leader of a country trying to decide if there is going to be a war or not. Customer Service = Kindness, compassion, etc. Not Rudeness and contempt towards your customers. Go to the CVS at 26891 Aliso Creek Rd, they are at least nicer. But in general, CVS seems to be going down hill with regard to SERVING its customers.

This store has worst customer service I have ever seen one employee at front helping in the self checkout area and nobody at register and then tells me to go to line at self checkout and I happen to have wine. Oh and I forget to mention I'm in a wheelchair and really can't find anything in vitamin area because they have it so organized to either the management or regional.

This is absolutely the worst pharmacy in existence. Absolutely no customer service and management including pharmacist should be terminated immediately. I do not leave bad reviews to anyone but for your own good avoid this location by any means if you want to get correct medication or any kind of service.

Worst return policy ever! I will never purchase another cosmetic item from here ever again! I purchased a facial sunscreen that leaves a white cast on my skin and never fully absorbes. Your skin just stays white as a ghost and sticky all day long. And because I threw away the receipt and box, they refused to give me my money back, even though I paid for it using my CVS awards account (cell phone number) and still have the credit card I used to purchase the sunscreen. Every other retailer (I.e., their competitors) have a way of looking up the transaction by using the credit card you used. But CVS, being the cheap skates they are and not choosing to invest in their own infrastructure despite opening more retail locations across the nation, doesn't have this capability. Between the mike long receipts they print out (which is terrible for the environment) and their outdated point of sale systems, I'll be glad to take my business elsewhere. Not to mention when I call their recording right away shoves the upcoming Covid vaccine down your throat. No thanks, I don't want to turn my body into a 5G antenna while being injected with toxic heavy metals. What a way to sell out to the New World Order, CVS.

It's said that they are open during COVID19at 9 and therefore provider sent meds to this location we drive all the way here bcz other CVS personnel advised this location would be open but it was closed. I gave it a one bcz of the confusion and what I had to go through afterwards to change the pharmacy to Walmart it took four hours it's not easy to switch pharmacies once doctor sends it to one

I was there at 5:27 and asked Pharmacist Na to get my medicine, she said she is tired and doesn’t have enough time till 6 to refill my medicine. My physician sent the prescription 13 days ago. She asked me to come back a day after. Won’t go there anymore

Pharmacist Na informed me that she had my prescription available but was about to go on break so it wouldn’t be able to do transaction for an hour. Great customer service. Won’t be coming back.

I don't know why I keep coming back here. Today they were out of both prescriptions I needed. Unfortunately the one across the street also runs out and the lines are longer and the one on Crown Valley always has long lines. Well what CVS lacks in convenience it makes up for in the lengthy piece of trash it hands you as you leave. Save $5- expires in 2 hours. Thanks CVS! Time for a new pharmacy brand.

Extremly Rude Manager (Black hair with blue and other colors) kept repeating the same thing over and over again as though I was not listening to him or understanding. I understood plenty. Just repeating himself over and over on what portion of my purchases was covered and what was not, does not change the facts. The bottom line was he was WRONG by insisting grenadine syrup was not covered under my cash rewards as it was alcohol. It is NOT in any shape or form alcohol and can be legally purchased by anyone at any age. He showed me a CVS deal that said you must have ID to be over 21 for grenadine purchase as though that makes it alcohol. I can guarantee you my 10 year old grandson could buy this product anywhere. Check it out on google and chuck that condescending attitude. Needless to say I simply left the items behind. You have lost yet another decades long customer for sure. Linda P.S. Be sure to check prices charged as two of my items had come up incorrect. One was supposed to be on sale and the other reflected higher than the shelf price. That had been taken care of by the former cashier but all became moot in the end by the time the rude guy took over.
