This isn't about the store but GameStops in general. The stores are just following corporate rules, which I'm sure had a recent change in leadership.1) They sell you a pro membership for a year, then remove perks they used as a selling point halfway through the year.2) They sell you on protection plans, then enforce a new policy on them that wasn't explicitly stated when you bought it.3) Sometimes I'm convinced things sold as "new" aren't actually new.Just don't shop at GameStop.

Been seeing a guy recently there with glasses who always acts closed off, doesn't acknowledge your presence and always looks like he does not want to be there. Condescending demeanor when speaking and seems sarcastic/passive-aggressive.

They had two controls with the wrong pricing and they didn't want to honor the pricing. Sam the store associate had terrible attitude became aggressive. Mike the manager couldn't even return my call.

This is my new favorite GameStop location ever because the employees there are very friendly with great customer service, making me feel loyally welcome, and excellent communication. It's absolutely awesome to visit here for sure, thank you so much! ???✨

This GameStop is bonkers! The staff are wonderful, especially when these guys are unique. At times, they have leftovers from the Pre-Order bonuses or Event codes of certain Pokemon games. Other times, they even help out find the Downloadable content for your game, like the Booster Course Pass for Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, or even an expansion pack for Pokemon Sword and Shield. I love these guys, and I love this GameStop, 'cuz this one definitely has Power to the Players. 10 out of 10, would recommend it! <3

Omar was great! Very knowledgeable, very friendly. Store had a great selection of pokemon cards, clean, organized. Will be back for sure!

Had a really awful experience, some new guy named Azrael was working and he literally did not know how to sell me a video game or buy a video game off me (pretty much the only two jobs of a gamestop employee) I asked him if anyone else was working there and was told no, how does management leave someone that new there by themselves? He literally couldn't do his job. I am still shocked.Edit review: just wanted to add that gamestop did end up making this situation right with me so adding a couple stars to the review.

Great gamestop! I lost my receipt for my warranty on my headset and the employee, Mike, did not give up to find it online. He spent a long time calling the store service to pull up my order from last year where he finally found my receipt with the warranty listed. He really saved me!

I had a few games placed on hold for me from the Mission Viejo location. Sean had so kindly placed a call to ask Omar to keep my games aside till I got there. When I got to the store, the store was very well kept and organized. I browsed around for few minutes to let Omar handle a few customers. In the few minutes that I was browsing, Omar was kind and excited for the customers in the store and was providing fantastic customer service. When I asked about the games put aside, he immediately knew my name and grabbed them. You've got a passionate and friendly team member working here.

Avoid this location at all costs. Went there to buy a series x and the manager told me that you had to be a GameStop member (ie buy the 12 month membership) to purchase the series x. The manager wouldn’t sell the console unless I paid for the membership, which is a total scam! The manager here is both ethical and will cheat you for sure.
