They have a new owner and just to make extra money he lies and says the credit card machine is not working and ask if you could pay cash, PayPal, venue or other ways.

I am so happy to have found this place! I have had such great experiences. I’ve never had a cleaner that gives you 1 day service. My clothes feel brand new every time. The owner is super nice and accommodating. I highly recommend!

I have been going to Prestige Cleaners since they opened in Aliso Viejo. Well over 20+ years. I am a local resident and rarely post reviews. I wear profession Business Wear - dress shirts, suits, etc. I have always had a great experience with the owners and staff. I have recommended them to many of my colleagues and they all have been happy with the results.
Recently, the business was sold and new owners came on board.
I was a bit skeptical about the change but I must be honest and say that not only have the new owners exceeded my expectations but they have out done their predecessor. The results are fresh and clean and special requests from me are well received. I highly recommend their work and continue to use them on a weekly basis.

Quick service; great job on my laundry and no arguments about putting a button back on if it comes up missing. I would give them 5 stars but there is one employee that comes off a little grumpy and unwelcoming. Still my go to dry cleaner.

First and last time I’ll go to this dry cleaner. Took in a nice sweater and all of the buttons were chipped/damaged. No apology, and no compensation for the damage. Instead, I was told that “this would’ve happened at any dry cleaner”. Poor customer service all around.

I purchased a package deal from a man who came to my neighborhood.When I tried to use the coupon the owner would not accept it.He made up a story that it says it on the coupon,which it does not..If this is how one acquires new business,this must be dishonest operation.Futhermore the prices are ridiculous.Find a different dry cleaner because beware of this place!

Well I sadly need to add on to these already bad reviews. I've been coming here for 23 years and I fully agree there are never calls returned. I need to hunt kevin the owner down even after leaving multiple messages over several weeks on clothes they've damaged. I took a brand new sweater in there and it came back with lavender bleed all over it. My sweater is half white and has no lavender. I brought it in because it had a little make up on the collar on the inside. That's all. It wasn't dirty anywhere else. And it is returned to me like a child cleaned it with mixed colors and the other colors bled on it. They fully damaged my sweater. And no one says a word to me like sorry this happened in the dry cleaning process or we don't know what happened but how can we repay you for it. Nothing. I returned it 3 times so they could fix THEIR mistake ... twice it came back the same. Mind u this is them damaging my clothes. Still no apology or call and I've called several times now left messages for the owner. The last time it came back the same and u can still see some of the bleed of lavender color they damaged it with. I don't know what they did to it . It's the worse damage they've done yet. And the same as the rest of the reviews... no apologies whatsoever and no communication til I hunt the owner down. The sweater was never fully repaired. There is still a light pink color bled on the white of the sweater. And Kevin never called to say they would pay me back for my brand new sweater. Now I bring a new pair of pants to them and marked the spots with tape (as I always do) and it comes back cleaned and pressed and the spots untouched and no tag saying they couldn't remove the spots etc. Something is seriously wrong with business there... and we own a business and I get it good employees are hard to find, but there's no excuse for the lack of communication and customer service. and I've let things slide in the past because I've been there so long but I just can't anymore.

The business owner just went through my neighborhood knocking on doors after 8 pm when it’s pitch black out waking everyone up. I heard multiple people have to tell him it’s too late before he finally left. Not a great way to build relationships in the community.

Kevin and his team have been processing our dry cleaning for over 20 years. He always does a thorough job and you can always expect your clothes to be professionally cleaned. They also provide a convenient delivery service as well to serve their customers. Kevin can say I'm a proud customer Prestige Cleaners! Thank you for your service all these years!

Gave my saree for drycleaning . It was all torn and damaged and they said they will fix it for me. ita been 2 months , 10 calls follow ups and visits and no response yet. Very bad customer experience and no respect for customers. I wulould expect atleast a courtesy call back with an update. Very bad experience.
