I called today about 1:30 pm with HP color laser printer locked up during initialization. “When can I bring it in?” Owner Vince Campos said, “You don’t. We come to you.”Amazing service! Vince came at 8:00 pm! And in-did what a firmware update messed up. Thank you, Vine!
