I overslept and missed my appointment. I then went in as a walk-in and the young man took me right in as there was no one waiting in the waiting room. He was very polite and very fast as I told him I had to pick up my grandson in a few minutes. He was very kind and good at what he does. Kudos to him!!!

The Quest app makes it very easy to find an appt. I like to be able to pre check in on the app so when I arrive at Quest, I just sit down and am called quickly to get my blood drawn. Quick, easy and efficient.

I was a walk in near the end of the day. The person working there was able to get me in very quickly, and the blood draw was easy and painless, no hassles at all.

Made an appointment. Received text on day of appointment to check in from test. Checked in on phone.. They make is so easy. I walked in and within less than 5 minutes they called me for my lab work. Painless blood draw and fast service. I will say it again... They make is so easy for you if you make appointment in advance and they get you in and out and phlebotomist was very nice and did an great job making me feel relaxed.

I make the first am appointments always but I'm always the 3rd person to be visited. Your kiosk take so much time for standby and your system allows them first. Basically there is no point to make appointments because based on your luck you have to wait!
