Their carwash is the worse, I stocked in middle of the carwash in my car and I have tried ask for help with calling them but no one answered and I have spent 25 minutes there till the system automatically released my car!!!

wanted to get gas. been coming to this gas station since I was little. never stole anything but somehow they have video of me stealing. won't call the cops but also denying me to show me proof I stole. liars. dont waste ur time here. They will treat you like garbage. They are only their for the money and don't care how the treat others. This happened around 1:30am February 13th 2023. And after seeing all these bad reviews I'll be sure to make sure me nor my family or friends go here again. Disgusted

Great combo of gas station, convenience store, and Mexican food with some good weekly specials. That being said, I am still confused about the \"buy 2 get 1 for 1¢\" special on Bang energy drinks. I didn't get that deal when I purchased two Bangs. Instead I was encouraged to sign up for the Loop Back program or buy 6 get 1 free which still does not translate in getting one for 1¢ no matter how I do the math.

It’s an okay place to stop for a lotto ticket or some snacks (kinda limited selection though) because it’s not that busy but everything is poorly maintained. The bathrooms smell absolutely horrendous even though they look somewhat clean. Windshield cleaning stations rarely have sufficient paper towels.

On my way to work and decided to stop and get an energy drink from shell today instead of chevron like I usually do. The sign says there temporary hours are from 0600-2100 I was there til about 0605 with no soul to even be found, try calling the number and no one answers guess chevron is the only one who cares about the blue collars

2 things I went to this gas station for: car wash and to put air in my tires. For the 1st one, I stopped once I was getting too many scratches on my TLX. For the 2nd one, I got pissed once I found out the tire pressure went down on all 4 tires. The gauge is manual and does not work so no way to confirm pressure until your car's tire pressure sensor reads out the numbers. Dont mess up your day and stay away.

The manager here is Gloria. It is practically impossible to get her name or contact number with a question or concern. Jeremy has refused my request for Gloria's contact information three times. I don't understand why, when he works, there is a sign that says the bathroom is out of service when it is not. This is my where I get my gas, almost exclusively. No one else has had a sign that says I can't use the restroom when I am there. Today, I started by asking him why there is an "out of service" sign in front of the restroom when the restroom works. He said it's because of graffiti. In all my years of going to this gas station, I have never once seen graffiti in the restroom. When I asked him if I could have the manager's information, he refused over and over to give it to me. Instead he continued to argue until another customer came over and said, "He's not who's making the rules; it's the manager." When I agreed with her and acknowledged she was correct and followed up with the fact that he won't give me that contact information, the customer said, "Give her the manager's name!" He said, "Gloria. Gloria is her name." I thanked him and walked out as he continued to argue and speak poorly of me as I walked to my car outside the open front door. GLORIA!! Please explain to me why a gas station that sells food does not have an available restroom for customers on Jeremy's watch???

I've been coming here weekly, to get gas and a car wash. The washes have gotten progressively worse. The machine drips water, worse and worse, at the end of the wash, when the dryers are supposed to be doing their job. Well tonight, the brushes completely stopped, halfway down my car, and the top brush never engaged at all. Only the spray was functioning. I went in to mention this, and was told it was because I was in the wrong spot. !!! The wash, has lights and an audible alarm, telling you when you're in the correct place, and to stop. Pretty straightforward. Been doing it weekly; as I mentioned to the clerk; and never had a problem finding the "spot". However, instead of just telling me to go back through, and that doesn't usually happen, he proceeded to basically tell me I was an idiot, and didn't know where to stop. I mentioned that it's probably not a good idea, to tell a customer who frequents your business weekly, and spends a great deal of money, that they're an idiot, and I asked for the contact info for the owner. Ricardo the clerk, refused to give me any information, and pointed to the phone number on the window, while informing me it wouldn't do any good to call it now, because he would be answering. Keep in mind, I just filled up, and purchased the top wash, as I do at least once a week. Even so, no offer to make good on it, even after Ricardo looked at my clearly still dirty car. Worst customer service EVER! If I treated my customers that way, I wouldn't have any! Thank heavens, I'm actually intelligent enough to know that I'm offering a service, and how I talk to my clients, matters. I'll be sharing my treatment, with everyone I know. Starting with you fine people, reading this review. There are plenty of car washes and gas stations, that actually value you as a customer, and treat you in that way. Give them your business instead. Bravo Ricardo. You showed how not to handle equipment malfunctions.
