Been to this store twice in 3 months and have been ignored at walk in. Literally sat there for 30min while a guy comes in and sits for 10min to get checked in and helped. I been with T-Mobile for 20 years.... I'm done with this company now. Looks like Verizon will help me.

TMobile itself is a great carrier and provides good customer service over the phone. The stores is a different story. This store in particular did not provide a good experience. I had been having a lot of issues with my home internet and finally TM agreed to switch it out. They sent me an exact same model but I had issues with that too right out the box. I called customer care again and they sent me to this store. I asked the phone rep if I could return both devices to the store when picking up a replacement. He said no, I could only return the one which was the replacement. The older one needed to be mailed in as they had sent me the label. When I got to the store, this very aggressive agent asked me where the other device was. I told him what the phone agent told me but he kept arguing with me. After a bit a manager came out and said it was ok if I mailed the device. Then came the issue of getting a replacement. He brought out a box which had the newer model device and proceeded to program it. After a while he took the box to the back and then came back after a few minutes, saying you're all set. I took the box he gave me and came home only to find that he had given me the old device. As a result my internet is still not functioning properly. Why the switch??!!! Not happy at all with this store.

Just came in to get a new phone. Wanted to upgrade to a samsung s24 ultra, and David was more than willing to help me do that and fast as well. I highly recommend this store and David as an employee he made the painful process of getting a new phone simple, fast, and fun. David was extremely caring and engaged in conversing with me during the process. Thanks!

Is there a rating lower than 1 star? I just bought 2 new iPhones from T-Mobile and as an enticement they gave me free Netflix. They promised the no-add version, not the base Netflix. Well, one month in and they screw me and downgrade me to the lowest Netflix with adds. What worthless liars. Next time I go to Verizon.

David was the T-mobile rep who assisted me over the past 2 days. Based on my previous experiences in setting up a new phone, David exceeded my expectations. He was knowledgeable, organized, gave clear instructions, patient & pleasant. You couldn't ask for a better employee to represent your company.

I can't speak for the other reps in the store (wasn't super impressed based on what I saw), but we were very lucky to have Marcus as our rep. He went above and beyond, didn't make us feel like we were being hustled (but still gave us plenty of options and laid it all out for us), and just overall it was a pleasant experience.Normally we dread coming in-store for new devices/service, but luckily we got Marcus as our rep!

Only giving 3 stars because honestly, T Mobile is great UNTIL you are ready to change to a new phone. Then it's all so dang shady! I am on a plan that allows you to upgrade yearly and when I went to upgrade they basically scam you to increase your bill unless you pay the phone off regardless. It's all such a game. What frustrates me is I brought them over 4 new customers, and he acted like my "upgrade" was simple and easy until he got them as customers - then I am The one who got screwed. I hate these cell phone companies. Truly could care less about us customers.

Very unprofessional. The person who helped me( which was absolutely no help) his name is Blake. They took my name down for waiting in line and did not tell me that I can leave and they would call me when its my turn also did not tell me I will need my ID. I was there for little over an hour and when my turn came Blake called me. I told him the issue with my phone and asked me what could me the reason for the problem his response was " I do not have time rightnow to go over all that. I will activate your e-sim and you can come back later when we are not busy." Absolutely rude and unprofessional.

Don't go here. Apparently they close 1.5 hours before closing time. We went to purchase the new Google and they told us that they couldn't help us because they were going to close in an hour and a half. They were so lazy and didn't bother looking or number up or helping us with anything so we just left. I guess they don't care about making money.

I went to the T-Mobile store and changed my coverage from Verizon, got a new iPhone and excellent service from Marcus. He understood what I wanted and explained all the plans and benefits. I feel I got so much more from T-Mobile at a much better price. I will recommend this store and service to all my friends.

Disappointing- have been a long time customer too. Went in to have my SIM card switched out since I upgraded to a new phone. There wasn't anyone in the store but the three employees . One of the employees changed out my SIM card but then wanted to sell me a phone. He couldn't take the time to help me transfer my data. I left and went to the Apple Store where impeccable service was provided and no one tried to upswell me. Thank you Apple Store!

I had an exceptional experience at T-Mobile, all thanks to the amazing help I received from Jordan E and Jonathan. They went above and beyond to solve an issue with my phone that other T-Mobile locations couldn't fix. From the moment I walked in, Jordan E greeted me warmly and showed exceptional knowledge and understanding. When we hit a roadblock, Jonathan stepped in with dedication and resourcefulness, leaving no stone unturned to find a solution. Both Jordan E and Jonathan were fantastic at explaining technical concepts and made the whole process stress-free. I left the store grateful and relieved. I want to express my deepest gratitude to Jordan E and Jonathan for their outstanding assistance. T-Mobile is lucky to have such dedicated and knowledgeable employees on their team!

David was amazing throughout my visit. Switching to an apple phone from android would have not been possible without his help. Additionally, David was super specific and informative. He saved my family so much money and took the time to give us a run down of our mobile plan and the products we were curious about. Highly recommend.

My family and I were in there yesterday and the customer service sucks the salesman Baker who helped my sister in law was very rude and had a very bad attitude. The customer service needs to improve. I don't recommend this place. Go to another store
