I went to this place 3 weeks for my anniversary with my boyfriend he paid as a treat the design and color was not what I wanted but because it was close to closing time I wasn't going to be a hassle. Now after 3 horrible weeks the nails have started to hurt and still won't come off because of how much glue they applied it's gotten to the point where I had to peel of the nails and it's ripped off my actual nails I'm in excruciating pain. My boyfriend and I went today to talk to the manger and she at first said no refunds and after telling her the situation she said she would give me half of the money back but then she also said I could be allergic which is not the case at all because I get my nails done every 2 weeks after this she proceed to hand us 20$ as a form of hush money which mind you is not even half as the set was 65$ in total . I'm very disappointed and will not be returning again. They don't seem to care about the customers only about the money.

I was quoted a different price over the phone and when I got there I was told a more expensive price. Either they dramatically increased their prices OR she based the price on my appearance. Not cool!

I tried this place a few weeks back and got the powder dip on my natural nails, they lasted less than 24 hours before they started peeling. I went to other places and I had no issues after. Last night I was in the same area because my daughter's dance school is in the same shopping center so I thought I'd give them a 2nd chance and by today my nail did this. I will not be going to this place again and do not recommend it at all.

Waisted time and money. Went there to get a full set of acrylic nails because it was convenient since I work close by. Big mistake!! I should have read the reviews and to top it off their pamphlets stated it will cost $27 and ended up charging me $40. When I asked them why so much they said because of COVID. Since I was running late for work, I had no other choice but to pay. I WILL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN! Bad work. Bad service. Over priced.

Got a pedi and a nail dip set on Thursday. It's true the next week and they are all chipped and falling off. No massage with either. Called a s asked for the manager. Was told they are not in to call back. I asked when they said I don't know and hung up on me. $75!! I disputed with my cc company. Will never return there.

My fiance just got back from here after having a terrible experience. She tried to put a tip on her debit card, but they wouldn't allow her to do so. Convinced her to use Venmo, showed her a phone number to type in for the Venmo account, my fiance then confirmed the number was matching what was on the paper they showed her, then after paying $100, the owner comes out screaming at her that is the WRONG VENMO AND DEMANDS SHE PAYS ANOTHER $100 to ANOTHER VENMO ACCOUNT AND PRESSURED HER TO PAY IT AGAIN! Now we can't get the original $100 back from the "wrong account" that they gave to her to send it to in the first place! If the owner will respond and give us a refund of $100, I'll kindly update my post so anyone reading can see they tried to make it right. If we don't get the money back in a timely manner, you will see no update! Do the right thing because it's the right thing to do...

This was clearly my worst experience in any salon. Especially after COVID waitedP long enough for it. I fell for a GroupOn for this place. Highly recommend never to waste your time & money here, NOT SANITARY. First thing they needed to know how much I spent on my Groupon (so they can service accordingly). Waited for 15 min in spite of an appointment. Service was a joke. No one knows what they're doing. Paid for a "milk, honey&oat" mani-pedi and didnt' see a trace of it. Took my daughter to treat her as well, being a child she said "it was not a good place". Definitely never going in this place.

This is the worst pedicure I've ever gotten. Covid finally opened salons so it's my first pedicure in 4 months. It was worst than I could do and I'm 8 months pregnant barely able to reach my feet. I'm so bummed And will have to get it fixed sooner than hoped. Never coming back. Oh and they are nottttt sanitary at all. All up in my face with their masks lowered and employees eating lunch right next to me without a mask. No thanks

I can't wait until they open back up the state because we all need a pedicure and manicure. Kelly is the absolute best! I came here growing up with my mom for a haircut and now I'm coming as a grown man getting a pedicure!

This place is so ghetto and the manager is so rude. I paid for acrylic nails with gel on top. I asked specifically for matte nails. The gel they used on me was expired or cheap and would not produce a matte color. After applying 7 coats and destroying the quality of the polish, the technician (who happened to be the manager) told me to come back on another night to get them repainted. I came back two nights later as most of the polish had come off because it was too thick. It was 45 minutes prior to closing time. The manager did not recognize me and tried to persuade me to get a pedicure as well as my nails repainted. When I explained that I was there to get my nails repainted, she laughed, sat down, and said it was too close to closing time to repaint my nails. She told me to come back another day and immediately sat down to talk to her friend. When I got back to my car, I saw her seat another customer and begin to work on her nails. I went back a third time to get them fixed and the same manager who did my nails originally tried to CHARGE ME FOR THE GEL POLISH. I told her I would not pay to get my nails repainted as I had already driven to this establishment three times, tipped her 20% the original time I had my nails destroyed by her, and I was there to have them fixed as she suggested. She berated me and screamed at me in front of everyone at the salon that if I would not pay for them to be repainted then I needed to leave. A kind young girl at the salon saw the situation and SECRETLY painted the gel for me quickly. The manager's behavior was appalling and disgusting and that kind of behavior just doesn't work out for businesses in South Orange County. To the actual owner, who doesn't even in live in California- I would hire new staff who understand customer service, restock your salon with nail products that actually work, and find technicians that know how to do nails. None of my friends or family will ever go to this "salon" again.

Nails Hair by Diana...my "Go to!" FAVORITE nail and hair salon to visit Connie!!! This awesome talented and very personable lady is the best hair stylist and nail pro I've ever been to here in California and actually anywhere nationally. Diane knows how to take me from blah to feeling like a amazing happy lady with how awesome she does my hair! I only endorse people and businesses I am extremely thrilled with. To me prices are reasonable and the finished work is so breathtakingly amazing I what out so happy with Connie's work! I highly recommend stepping in to visit Connie! Ask for Connie!! I give two stars because they were friendly. & I had been here once before & had an good experience. Now about 6 months later I went in & the nail techs there were different & clearly need a lot of training they don't know how to do nails. I came in on a Saturday afternoon they were not busy at all. I came in for a full set& Pedicure. I had Two techs working on me since they weren't busy. They gave me a selection of nails Colors to choose from & when I was ready to choose they couldn't find any of them. The tech I got for acrylic was a male who rushed through the entire process he used the machine to file down the acrylic & would burn my cuticles which bled & still continued to not pay attention due to his rushing. I guess he had another appointment he had scheduled for himself because he kept looking at his wall clock. I asked for square shape & he gave me oval/ square/ deformed shape. None of the nails looked the same or even. He didn't file down enough of the acrylic leaving them thick & stuck underneath my nail bed. He kept looking at the clock & his appointment walked in & so he stopped filing & asked a coworker to finish the color coating. Who also had issues finding the colors which they had given me to choose from. The nail polish I ended up going with was thick & both techs knew it was very thick. Before moving he did tell the other tech to add thinner to it but she shrugged it off & struggled to get the color out & on my nail so some the edges had uneven strokes & when she finished she put a little fan for about 5 minutes then looked at them said they were dry & rushed me to the counter to pay. I ended up smudging them getting into my car. I did think about turning around & having them fix it but by then I had no patience or time to waste. It had already been more than 2 hours & at this point didn't want to deal with rudeness or faces. Wouldn't recommend this location.
